My wife was looking for an item for our door and she had a couple of employees help her. The first young man was very helpful with assisting her find the product.This store didn't have it so a customer suggested wood glue for our problem. Another employee which was a young lady took her to that department. So my wife is telling me while deciding what kind to buy, a young man was helping another customer and she asked him what kind did he suggest. He knew exactly what the problem was with our door and gave her the kind he said he has used. She said all was helpful but Josh was all about helping. Told her exactly what to do when she got home and it worked well.. Thanks Josh because she was about to drive me crazy!!

Dealing with the pro service desk...of the last five material orders:
- Three had multiple delays ranging from 2-7 days (after a protracted ready pick up date and ordering in-stock materials)
- One delivery was continually delayed over a week
- One was late and subsequently delivered to my neighbor's house despite correct instructions
These errors have costed me subcontractor time and money. I hope this type of feedback reaches those able to make a correction and I will remove this post as soon as that happens.
Despite a majority of the staff being mostly useless, Jeff at the pro desk is very nice.
