What a relaxing experience! The gentleman who helped me made it so easy to pick the size and type of sofa I wanted! This is only our second Lovesac sactional because they last forever and our first one has held up to all the kids, dogs, friends etc!

We went in multiple times because we weren’t sure about which sofa we wanted. They were all always very nice and helpful. We ended up getting the sofa from them because it checked the most off our list, removable and washable covers, can be made into a queen bed and their customer service was great!

Went in with my mom at the new Cool Springs location the other day and had the best experience with all of the ladies working! There: Cheryl, Nedy, and Dani. they were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful! We now understand the LoveSac system and all the incredible features we will enjoy! ?
