Standard Kroger. Usually very busy and the parking lot requires care to navigate. Almost no one puts the carts back where they go.

My last two pick up orders have been an exercise in frustration and being over changed and not getting what I ordered. It’s to the point that I’m going to go in person to repair the order. I just picked up five minutes ago because last time it took them two hours of me on the phone in the parking lot. I will no longer be shopping at this Kroger once this transaction is done I’m done. An example of what they have been doing last order: I buy 2 pounds of meat they charge for four. (A $20 charge) This order I buy 2lbs of hot Italian sausage for a recipe and they charge for 2 but give me one. ($3.89) They did not offer me any substitutes for items. They grabbed a seeded watermelon and charged me for a seedless a $5 difference. They did not grab all the items on the list/ grabbed wrong item but same brand. I’m starting to think, especially with the meat That this may not be an accident. These are mistakes where some of them are not that much money but add up and the charge for the meat of $20 can only be refunded by calling corporate. As it is tomorrow, I’ll be going to get my pound of missing sausage getting the correct base to make my lasagna sauce and getting a pan as they did not offer me a substitution for the full-size pan.
Note: there changes on this last order added an extra $12 to my bill and I work full-time and I’m a full-time student. This is money I Can’t afford to be flexible with and this day and age with all the inflation every last dollar is budgeted. This is going to be coming out of my gas fund.

Great place to go if you enjoy disgusting grocery stores and staff that enjoy harassing customers. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else this is likely the worse Kroger in the greater Nashville area.

Never again will I shop here. Close it down, clear it out, and start over. Dingy lighting, carts with broken wheels, departments with no one working in them, coupons that don’t scan, self check out machines that don’t work, staff that isn’t trained, greeted by an armed guard, seafood just sitting out uncovered, only one open lane with an actual cashier…….I could go on. I’m not even one to leave reviews on things but this place seems to be barely functioning. Get your —— together Kroger!!!

Pretty okay to get food but they need to get rid of the mold on the ceiling tiles in the back of the store. That should be a health hazard, especially near the meat section.

I come here always expecting the worst .
Today I had a confertation with a grocery stocker that tried running me down with his stock .
Beware when you come here expect anything .

I don’t wanna be a Karen so I won’t. The produce department is well organized and the manager is super knowledgeable. She saved my experience at this Kroger. The same cannot be said for the meat department. I thought I’d only be disappointed at home with the meat selection, but I was mistaken. I will go back for the produce but not the meats. It’s definitely not Arby’s. They do not have the meats.

Placed pick up order told to come pick up on ap. Some kid comes to my car and tells me to cancel the order he hasn't even picked any of these orders parked out here! Can't reach anyone regarding refund! Do NOT waste your time or money!

This is, by far, one of the worst grocery stores I've ever been to. I wouldnt go back here if I was starving.
