I had the pleasure of working with Josh Hill over the last 6 months while trying to find a home in the hot Nashville/Williamson County real estate market. Josh was everything you could ask for from a real estate agent. He was responsive at all hours of the day, and always available to do whatever we needed to make our home buying process easier. Josh often sent us houses before they were listed to ensure we could get a look at the home before it was sold. During walkthroughs Josh was extremely knowledgeable about things to look out for, often pointing potential issues with the homes we were looking at. He never once attempted to sell us on a place, or pressured us to put in an offer. He patiently worked with us for 6 months to find the right home for us. Once we had purchased the home, Josh helped connect us with local contractors to assist us with remodeling. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent.
