Absolutely the worst service I could imagine. I went in to confirm the address I needed to send my tax papers and where to mail my payment and I was informed that she wouldn't help me since I wasn't retaining their service. I informed them I only needed the correct address and she would not help. I would advise anyone that needs their taxes done to go somewhere else and use another tax service and NEVER USE H and R block.

I've been to a lot of H & R block locations. This is by far the best location. The manager Angel is a shinning example of an empathetic leader and a subject matter expert. Everyone in the office was professional and gave exceptional customer service as well. This is the spot if you need your taxes done.

If I could give this place a 0 I would not only is their team careless with your money but so is the manager. The name of the manager is Jamie Richard. Thankfully the district manager Mark helped me get my money back. But I am never coming back to this company ever again. I can not trust anyone in there with my money. The woman who filed my taxes made a mistake and instead of apologizing and trying to fix it to avoid fees on me when her co worker said “you could of just done this”. she threw her hands up in the air and walked away. I did not get an apology from anyone and had to legit hustle to not get overcharged. These people are careless with my money and my business. I am taking it else where

I recently gave a 1 star due to the service that I received in person. Lady at front counter was nice but didn’t seem to care too much for her job at the time. She did not initially ask me if I was doing a drop off and automatically assumed that I was going to wait in the lobby. That alone made the process longer than necessary. I was more upset at the situation more than anything and not really at her because I was in a hurry and had other things to do. Things happen and I shouldn’t have been so quick to give a bad review. Regardless if the previous review was justified or not, the beyond exceptional service I received over the phone later that day overrides it all. 5 STARS!!! Through and through! I have been filing taxes with H&R Block for 4 years plus and never had any major issues.

The only lady working doing taxes today whispered and I could not hear her. She also refused to wear a mask. Your website says staff and clients wear masks. She was quick to ship me off to another staff member. She was not interested in working. She should be terminated immediately . Im shock to find unprofessional people like her in your staff. Also the gentleman that did help appeared to be inexperienced and my refund this year was over $3000 less than last year. I am very disappointed in the service I received from your staff today.
