The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the lab techs. The lab techs have always done a great job whenever I’ve needed bloodwork or imaging done. But I’ve been a patient of Dr Myers for a few years now and it’s not been a great experience. He would prefer to refer patients out than to diagnose and treat anything officially himself. I’ve seen pharmacy reps waiting in the front office to see him more times than not (the 6 or so times that I’ve been over the years). I believe that at their core the staff does care about the patients and their specific health issues, but I feel like I’m dealing with a political office instead of a doctor. It’s almost like they are terrified of being held accountable for something and that should give someone pause. I understand it’s a delicate balance when dealing with someone’s health and being held liable for your diagnoses, but you have to be able to treat your patient. And do yourself the biggest favor and research the people they refer you out to before going, trust me!

2 weeks after a stress test, I'm still waiting for results. I've called and left 3 messages now with only 1 call back. (They had no idea about any a stress test ) was asked to wait until Thursday for an update. I called again Friday and again today (Monday) without a call back. Extremely disappointed in lack of effort of communication.

I am normally not a review person, but I have been so torn up about finding a new doctor to deliver my baby. With my pregnancy I have had really bad brain fog. I think that a doctor would be more caring and understandable. If they are a doctor, knowing the side effects of pregnancy
I am so happy I did not make the appointments to actually find out the care system they are
I had an appointment call early one morning to find out the time of the appointment or to make sure it was that day or tomorrow where I never did receive a call so I figured it would have been tomorrow that was on their side that they did not call me and let me know when my appointment was then rescheduled. She gave me two options for Thursday or Friday. I picked the Friday she booked for the Thursday. Of course I showed up Friday thinking my appointment was Friday. Well they made a deal. I could actually show up onto my appointment time and then she could still see me got there at 8:33 and I was calling because I was pulling in the parking lot to let them know I’m five minutes late. They told me they cannot see me. I should’ve been there at 8:00 am for paperwork that I already filled out on line

Do not go here. I went to the wrong address, called, and was still charged $150 no show fee.

Dr Jeffrey Anderson is an amazing PCP. He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and quick to respond to all my needs. Thank you!

I would not recommend Heritage Medical Associates. We saw a pediatric allergist at their office. The staff were unfriendly and the doctor was not very helpful. We found another provider who was a much better fit.

I would not recommend Heritage Medical Associates. While some of the individual doctors and nurses are great, there are more problems than it’s worth. When I didn’t have a great experience with my PCP and wanted to switch, I had to speak with multiple different people to get a answer. Apparently it is Heritage’s policy that that you can’t switch to a different PCP at the same location and you have to request a transfer to a specific doctor. I requested to transfer to two different PCPs, both who were taking new patients, and I was denied. I’ve also had issues with their outdated lab procedures and inaccurate billing. I will be going elsewhere.

I started with heritage at the beginning of my pregnancy then had to switch at 20 weeks. Dr. Lipsitz was nice. It was not the doctors or nurses but the front desk and the billing department. They wanted our whole deductible upfront and they were not willing to work with us in the least bit (which was more the issue) They were very rude, to the point of which I cried in their waiting room after she handed me their phone to discuss my finances aloud IN the waiting room in front of a bunch of people and then was told I could not see the doctor for my prenatal visit. After we switched doctors we never heard anything from them except about money.Would not recommend.

Terribly run practice, and getting worse. Lost my Heritage primary care physician. Horrible experience trying to find a new one. Talked with 4 or 5 people and NO ONE seemed to care. NO ONE actually helped me or offered a solution...nor did they even try. I have been a Heritage patient for over 12 years....never again. Wake up and demonstrate care for your client patients!

I go here for OBGYN appts for my pregnancy and most of the staff here is incredibly rude. Front desk, ultrasound tech for anatomy scan and billing dept. everyone seems like they hate their job. The ultrasound tech i felt like did a terrible job on our anatomy scan, she was very stuck up.

First let me just say that my regular OBGYN doctor is wonderful. And nursing and tech staff have been great. However, I recently had a very poor experience with a radiologist who reviewed a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound, including performing part of it himself. He made a difficult situation worse with his arrogance, dismissiveness, insensitivity, and attitude of “don’t worry your pretty little head and don’t you dare ask me any questions about my recommendation”. I have never had such a bad experience as I did with Dr. Bush. I recommend avoiding him at all costs. He had the nerve to tell me a breast biopsy was just like a routine trip to the dentist among other problems. Needless, to say, he will never touch me again and he is fired from my care team.

Called their office to get information on my referral from my PCP. Chris (female) was extremely rude. If an office member does not want to work and answer questions stay home and let someone better deserving do the job. Will not be using their services.

If you want facilities that are stuck in the early aughts, definitely go here. If you want physicians and staff that just do not care about you or your health, this is the place for you.The quality of healthcare I've gotten from my physicians at Heritage has been subpar. Apart from the scheduler that works for my PCP, the rest of the staff are rude, and seem like they hate their jobs.

Nobody ever answers the phone. EVER. I’ve been trying to schedule an urgent appointment but I guess that’s not happening. Don’t go here.
