I have a 14 year old Volkswagen that was the last edition of its model in the US. Every shop I’ve taken it to has claimed that they struggle to find the parts, put the car back together correctly, and get it back up and running within a week. This shop replaced my drive shaft in a day and a half and was super communicative, friendly, and helpful. I’ve been super impressed with their work and will be taking future vehicles here!

Dropped my BMWx5 off for a scheduled oil change and was able to wait for it. Great, efficient service. No pressure for other services. I will be back. Highly recommend!

I was sick of the inconsistency of work, exorbitant prices and the upsells of dealers. I took my car to Mike at the shop after doing a little research and they haven’t disappointed. They do the work with care and attention that needs to be done and they do it well. Highly recommended.

These guys actually made me speechless with how much they went above and beyond with their work on my car. I had a catalytic converter replaced then it went bad again. They discovered it was my spark plugs which I hadn't had changed in a long time. They replaced my cat free of charge, which I wasn't expecting at all. I was literally speechless when they told me. It made my whole month and I will literally drive from Chattanooga to have them work on my older Volvo. I appreciate them so much!

Probably the best experience I’ve had at a repair shop before. Mike was super helpful during the whole process and the mechanics did an amazing job on my car. They were able to get me in the same day my alternator went out and had it repaired by the morning. I could not recommend this shop any higher. Would 100% recommend!

Mike is a very friendly and professional person. Whenever I take my car to him for repairs, he always takes the time to explain what's wrong with it and what needs to be done to fix it. He never tries to pressure me into getting unnecessary repairs done. Mike and his team are very experienced and have a great reputation for fixing all types of cars, including luxury ones. Melis and Mike just made my month! With the new car warranty expiring on my Mercedes, I have been looking for a better place than the dealership to get it serviced. They worked hard to find precisely what my car needed and their pricing was 30% below dealerships. From top-quality parts to knowledge and professionalism, these folks are among the best in the business. EurWerks service is pure gold.
UPDATE 5/7/24: They did it again. Oil change, system check, air filters replaced, recall checks, all for 30% less than the dealers! And they are just SO damn nice and communicative as well!

Took care of me through a tough situation. Worked with my extended warranty. It was a major job, Given the circumstances they performed really well and dealt with me being a pushy, broke customer. The work they did is still solid a month after it was done.
