I've been into the pawn shop a few times the employees are so rude also I found that the prices are high even when they've had the item for a long time. They have good stuff but the customer service and prices make you just not want to come back in.

I recommend you try another pawn shop. I’m a very nice person, I worked in customer service for 12 years, I know there are rough days and I let most things go. But I’ve now had two negative experiences with this pawn shop and it’s bad enough that I’m going to “be a Karen” and leave this review. The most recent experience was the most upsetting. My fiance and I walked in this afternoon, noticed it was extremely busy so after waiting a while, left and decided to come back later since I saw a ring I loved. We came in after a few hours and it was still just as busy. There were several rings I was interested in, which by the way, were in the 1-2K range. After we waited patiently and were nothing but kind and understanding, an employee came over to “help us,” and when we said we wanted to compare a few rings, he rolled his eyes, tossed some kind of keychain off to the side, sighed loudly and said “which ones?” in a rude tone. I was in shock. I asked him for my fiancé’s ID back and we left.
The first negative experience I had with this shop was not nearly this bad, but still frustrating. Several years ago I got a loan for my laptop here. I dropped it off with NO password. When I picked it back up, there had been a password created on it, and no one at the shop knew what that password was. I had to pay someone else $100 to have access to my computer, and the only response I got from this shop when I called was “sorry about that.”
So just keep all of this in mind when choosing this shop. I’m not sure if the employee didn’t think I was serious about purchasing, or just having a really bad day. But I went in there very excited to buy an engagement ring, and left in tears. Yikes!

Great atmosphere, Great staff, DeLeon and Fabi always meet my needs with loans I make. The store is always Clean, Organized, and they have Awesome Prices!! Best pawn shop I’ve been to. “Go see them for your Jewelry needs, even if it’s a loan.

We came to pawn something near and dear to us. Not only were they able to give us top dollar for it, but they gave us more than we expected. Deleon Fabi was so amazing. We need more caring people like him in this world.

These guys at Easy Pawn are the absolute best. I’ve been going to these guys since 2018 and they’re always helpful in Every way possible. Hands down one of the best pawn shops in Nashville. They are funny and have great coustomer service 10/10.

The absolute worst pawn shop on the planet horrible service management is the worst you will ever see at a pawn shop definitely worth it to go down the road their prices are extremely high for a pawn shop so if you want horrible service and pay retail at a pawn shop I guess come here and leave unhappy

Everytime I go here all the employees are friendly and helpful. They're fair with their prices and the store has a lot of merchandise.

No question it's a clean and has great inventory but the in store customer service is very sub par. Literally shook her head at me and said just go to the other store. She needs to get new employment she has no standards for how to get return clients. One cat can make life difficult for a store. Especially one that deals in buying and selling daily but who cares right?
