This review goes to my amazing sales associate from yesterday Isabelle? I can’t thank you enough for your kindness. When I came in I wasn’t in the best of mood I was sad and felt so depressed. I’m going through a life event and I just so full of emotion and couldn’t stop my tears from coming when I asked for her help . I found a book and a journal and when I got home I saw a special note that I truly believe God placed on her heart to make me hear this. Just her simple words touched me and I will never forget her. You never know what a person is going through while they are shopping with you so by her just giving me this peace of heart I’m sure things will get better for me. So thank you my guardian angel Isabelle from the shift she worked on 5/30 time was just before closing 7:50ish. She deserves the praise, an award or something because she just demonstrates how it should look by having compassion and a heart for someone . Thank you

The quality of the books is great and they have an amazing selection! I love whenever I go here and I would definitely recommend it. However, sometimes the customer service is a little rough but people will always help you find something.

This location not only has a great selection of books, but always has a great amount of merchandise for some of my favorite pop culture brands. This is my go to when I need a book that I can’t find at Mckays and I also always shop here for some fun gifts for friends.
