They never answer the phone. Ever! I guess, because their always short staffed. Sometimes their machines work, but most of the time they don't. If you got time to waits, go to this branch. But if you dont, go somewhere else.

I’ve been with Bank of America for 4-5 years and will be changing bankers. Good bye Bank of America your policies lately have been atrocious. The people at this location have been fine; it’s the Bank of America policies that have killed me.

I used to bank here all the time but lately I've had to go to the Bellevue location. No one greets you when you walk in. Today there were 4 people behind the counter. Only 1 of which were working. Everyone watched the sit and no one asked what I needed. Today was the second time this has happened. Disappointed in this branch

I have nothing but good things to say about my visit today. The environment was very clean and attractive. The nicest BoA that I've ever been to actually. I was acknowledged immediately after entering the line and was told i could wait on the couch while someone came to help me. I only sat for about 30 seconds before Margaret came over. She was very friendly and professional and it was a great visit. Glad I chose this one to go to.

Their customer service needs plenty of work. Most of the time when I go in there the slim gentlemen with a ginger colored beard has a complete disregard for customers. He also has talked garbage about a customer after the they left. A lot of times it's like pulling teeth to get a cashier and most of the time they only have one. In the morning a bank should have have more than one person at a register.

Door is open, sign says 9 to 4 and when you go inside you have no one there to help, stayed 30 minutes inside without getting any help, when you can, no answer.Wast of time if you go in the morning to this location, go after 10 am only.
