2 star is possibly a bit generous, but Im trying to give the benefit of the doubt.Called today to do a mobile tire change on a box truck. One of my drivers was stuck on 840 with a blowout. My driver called and Eli said they would be there in 30-45 minutes. After 4.5 hours and multiple calls unanswered we called their non-commercial location to see if someone can get any sort of answer for us. The driver had been waiting hours. That location got ahold of Eli and he pretty much said that stuff came up which caused his delay. He arrived and changed the tire which is why I gave 2 stars. We are very understanding, but a tiny bit of communication goes a long way. Just a phone call saying you would be late or something else has delayed you would be understandable. Simply not showing up or answering your phone is not how you earn business. Especially when you are stuck on the side of the road and could have used a quicker more reputable service.

This people do alignment on my semi, get charged 600$ because they found more things to fix. 2 weeks later My steering wheel was Shaking again I look under my truck and they forgot to tight 2 bolts. I call and they have attitude and don’t have time to fix what supposed to be fix on the first time. Very bad shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bought 7 Michelin tires for our 32 foot motorhome. Was told they would be in Monday and it would take 2 1/2 hours to mount and balance them. We wanted to make sure they were made in 2022. To get the most out of our purchase. My husband said they rode great. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star, is because when we got home we noticed they were made in 26 week of 2021.
