These guys are great. Awesome customer service. Jimmy helped me out with my tech questions and issues and was able to resolve my situation fast no stress what so ever. If you have trouble dealing with these guys chances are you may be mentally retarded.

This place never fails to exceed my expectations! I’m never one to really review publicly but I feel obligated to. I’ve bought a lot of stuff from them and every order ships quick, no bs. Response time is phenomenal and the fact they actually pick up the phone and genuinely want to help you. I can’t say enough positive things. Thanks for being awesome! I just wish I were smarter sooner and bought my chassis from them. A++

I have built most of my buggy from WOD. Ordered a couple last minute fittings today with a rush ship and got a call soon after from Adam, he said the fittings weren’t on hand, discussed drop shipping and he said he would get it done unless i wanted to shop around and find them somewhere else. I said drop ship, thank you.That level of customer service is rare anymore. Anytime there has been an issue with any order I have gotten that level of service. I will spend my hard earned dollars at Wide Open.

communication is lacking. They don't seem very enthused to help you out. Short and sweet messages. parts on back order that say in stock with no communication and claimed I was informed. lies. Had to ask about the progress several times due to lack of communication. Flash rusted axle for $6500. Expensive Wilwood brake kit came with wrong size caliper mounting hardware. the bolts are touching the rotor. luckily I noticed before they ruined the brakes. Couldn't even get a response or apology for their mistakes. Just like many company's nowadys. Once they get your money they Could care less. One expensive axle for it not to be perfect. Not a horrible company but not 5 star effort. They did send it on a nice secure crate. That was nice

Wide open design is an awesome shop with great customer service, I ordered coilovers and bypasses from them, rocky called me back and we talked about my build and he helped me set up the right coilovers and bypasses for my build after I ordered the wrong stuff, highly recommend these guys they are a+

Called on information on coil over setup. Guy who answered was great explaining all my options what he recommended. Ended up buying few minutes later online. Showed up in less than week. Competitors wouldn’t even give time of day to help out.
