I always come to print here and it's wonderful! But today the man who works at the printers is rude, he treated me badly because my English is not fluent! After keeping me waiting he tells me there is no paper for my printing! I'm looking at the role from the outside! You are rude! I WILL NOT PRINT HERE AGAIN! I WON'T EVEN RETURN TO THIS STORE!

Their designated lunch break is 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm. Showed up at 1:15 pm and they were already on break. I had somewhere I needed to be at 2:00 pm and wanted to pick up my prescription before then.

Very clean,well kept store,but everything except RXs are at least twice the price you would find at Wal-Mart, Kroger or Dollar General,even with their Rewards program!

I was told my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes so I waited. I waited over an hour and a half to finally get it. The staff stinks... There's just not many other ways to politely say it. If you want to be treated rudely, then this may be your place! I dropped $100 in this business and I was treated like I was inconveniencing them! I saw a news report saying that they would be closing anyway. It's probably for the best since they aren't the only game in town.

Regularly get texts about perseceptions being ready only to go to the store and they don’t have it!!!!! I guess the question is why do I keep trying to use Walgreens

I have a greyhound with severe storm anxiety. My vet faxed in an order for a Rx refill for her. I called Walgreens on Memorial and was told that their fax machine is broken and they have no refill order. I asked them to call the vet for it and they refused, saying the vet would have to call them, even though the fault is with Walgreen's fax machine. How do they stay in business? I am thinking of moving my account.

Visited on December 11th 2022. Please give the young lady working the front register an ENORMOUS RAISE for her WAY above and beyond customer service skills! Thank you! She's an Angel! It was my absolute humble pleasure to return the diabetic supplies some one dropped in the parking lot to the store in November that was some Stellar return Karma!

Pharmacy never has prescriptions ready. I receive messages to pick up and when I arrive they say it hasn’t been filled yet. This happened regularly. I don’t recommend.

Bad experience on two separate occasions with trying to get immunizations/vaccines. Both times I’ve made an appointment for two separate immunizations I have always received a phone call waking me up at 8:00-8:03 AM sharp to be told “We don’t have it in stock.” Stay away from this one and try Mercury Blvd (now Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd) or Northfield Blvd.

My mom is an angel sent from heaven, these people wouldn't even order her Maxium D 3. The Pharmacist told her pretty much to take 5 tablets OTC, what a monster!! He cared less about her gut health or her as a person, it takes me no time to order this for my patients...I work at Walgreens and have for 10 years they need to get rid of this guy!!! Soooooo bad
