I had a MAJOR issue that occured with the pharmacy and a prescription with insurance, ended up costing me hundreds, based on an overlook while they were super busy and short staffed. I spoke with the pharmacy manager, I believe her name was either Kyla or Kayla, she was incredibly nice and went out of her way to fix it for me. She could see I was visibly upset and took care of it without causing me more anxiety. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and patient.

Perhaps the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to in my life… I had a medication filled a couple of weeks ago… Which I did not pick up in time, and it was returned to stock… Which I completely understand, allow the medicine to be available for someone else… However, when I called to refill it, I was told I didn’t have a prescription, which was obviously not true… I asked for an explanation in the drive-through and was met with very vague, generic responses… I asked to speak with the pharmacist, whose name was Sarah , she came to the drive-through telephone and began speaking to me very defensively… I attempted two times to ask her my question. One time she hung up on me, when I asked to speak to her boss, she replied “I am boss “… Nevertheless, I didn’t have a chance to ask my question… She would be better placed as a pharmacist that doesn’t have to deal with the public… As it is clear that she feels her profession, degree, and or letters surrounding her name, have made her superior to citizens that she interacts with… I have changed to a different, Walgreens, obviously, and I am quite pleased… If you have to drive a few more miles to avoid this particular location, I would advise you to do so… Again, perhaps the absolute worst Pharmacy interaction I have ever experienced in my life… Extremely unprofessional, even downright disrespectful… I would like to save you that aggravationUpdate: I had my doctor send over a new “corrected” prescription, it was delayed etc on the pharmacy end and I was told there was a hold on this from my insurance. I called the insurance they said it wasn’t. So I had my doctor send ANOTHER RX to a different location (New Salem) and it was filled within 2 hours. So the unprofessional nature of this pharmacy continues to shock me. They “held” the RX just in spite of me and our earlier interaction.Sarah- I hope you were just having a bad day, and this is not your normal level of “service”. Better days ahead for you ?

The wait to get medicine is ridiculous and by the 2 star rating I see it doesn’t matter! Pharmacy is horrible!!

Consistently out of my medications and have to wait for it to be shipped from their “warehouse” which leaves me without until it comes in. I have asked and have even been called by a rep @ Walgreens to have these meds be put on auto-refill, but for some unknown reason, I was told they aren’t now!!You’re not notified that your medication isn’t available when you auto call-in refills. So when you don’t get contacted that your refill is ready, you have to try to get a “live” person on the phone…which is no easy task. After having to listen to the long, nauseating voice recording and making several attempts to get the thing to understand that you want to “speak to someone who can help” it inevitably just rings and rings into oblivion, or the call disconnects and you have to start the whole process again!!The store seems to be over-extended and not able to deliver timely to the needs of their customers. Unfortunately my insurance no longer covers where I previously purchased medication. I’ve never experienced being out of my prescriptions for days at a time.

Called and I could hear them put me on hold without them answering the phone. When I got there, there was no one waiting and one of the employee was on her cell phone. I stayed on hold and watched her pick up the phone, put it on hold again and put it back down. Then she went back to her cell phone. She then noticed me and offered to help. Don’t call! They will just ignore you. You’ll have to put in a prescription when you get there and then wait another 30 min to have it filled.

Slowest pharmacy ever and they never have my meds on time if they have them at all. Worst pharmacy ever

I went to pick up a prescription in the drive thru line. There were three cars in each of the two lines with me being the third car in one of these lines. It took *over an hour* for me to pick up my prescription. There’s really no excuse for that amount of time. The service here is consistently pitiful at best. I would advise you pick any other pharmacy in Murfreesboro!

Had two prescriptions that were ready for pick up. Decided to go inside since there were 5 cars in the drive thru line. That is usually a good indicator that I would be there for a while. After I went inside there was one man finishing up, and a woman waiting then it was me. I was standing in the last isle where there were posted "stand here" stickers. A man in the next isle cut in front of me and the pharmacy assistant didn't say anything. Then she decided to help another man who walked up well after both of us at another window. She was extremely slow and was having a hard time finding medications. Laughing and kept saying "your meds are hiding from" not super funny when I had to wait 30 minutes for three people to get helped. Along with the 4 others behind me. Their lines are such a mess and don't seem to have any system down. Unfortunately this is the closest Walgreens to me and where I get my meds. I hope you see this and get on top of your employees. And on top of what happened today, this was the third time I had meds ready without a call or text from Walgreens.

This walgreens has always been amazing to pick up medicines and shop. The staff are always so nice. Also, This walgreens was the first one to have most of the vaccines that I needed to get.

Horible pharmacy! Warning. Go somewhere else. The shortest I have ever waited to pickup a waiting refill is 45 min. That is going in or drive-through. I will find a new pharmacy.

Store is dirty, staff and manager are rude.Edit to add: went back again today, had problems picking up an online order and photo order. My photos were damaged and not the correct sizes. The cashier Mya tried to argue with me because she was unaware of how to do her job (her words), she did get a manager to try to help. The manager tried to fix the mistakes and damaged the photos more. The manager did seem apologetic but after the issues with my online order and photos I opted to use another stores photo department. I would recommend shopping at an alternate walgreens.

This pharmacy is completely incompetent. I have issues EVERY month getting my prescription refilled. This month alone I've called and talked to a pharmacist 3 times in order to get my medication and it's still not ready. If you want your medications on time, I suggest you choose another Walgreens. This one is absolutely awful.

The drive thru wait is 20 minutes plus no matter what time of the day you can really save more time usually by going inside it's just ridiculous
