We have been doing business with Todds for over 12 years and they have always treated us like family! We trust them with our customers vehicles alignments and AC charges.

We have been Todd's customer for 17 years, and they offer quality service at reasonable price. Mr. Todd has a great staff team. Bill, for example, is knowledgeable and responsive. Recently I mentioned to Mr. Todd that our 30-year-old Buick's windows do not row down for years and it's hard to get parts. Mr. Todd and his team came out of their way to find parts and spent a few days to restore the window systems. We appreciate their care and efforts and would recommend them for anyone!

BEWARE! Shady business…… read on
My husbands truck shut off randomly while he was at work (construction site). Someone suggested he get it towed to Todd’s. We have never heard of this place but hoped for the best. Quoted my husband $1,500 for something that should not have costed that much. Labor alone was 600-800$. They said they had to use specific name brand parts that costed a whole $500 more than some standard off brand parts.
My husband found the parts like I mentioned for a whole $400 less. They refused to order those.
We found another shop next to martins to tow the truck to and the Owner is great and agreed we were getting screwed out of money from Todd’s. As my husband went to get the truck towed off the lot they then told him we owed $150 for diagnostics. Not sure if that was made clear that was a separate charge or not. It just added a more bitter taste in our mouth about Todd. But ok, we used y’all for diagnostics so we will pay.
This other shop is only charging $300 for labor and will have it done quick. Just couldn’t believe the price gouging. A whole 300-400 difference in labor price for the SAME job. I’m glad we got the truck off the property. After reading the other bad reviews I was nervous to even attempt to do business with them. Lesson learned, do a BUNCH of research and calling around before settling on a place to fix your car. Avoid Todd’s at all costs.
Seems like y’all are good to some of your life long customers but we definitely didn’t appreciate the price gouging especially in this economy. That extra money y’all wanted would have meant our family wouldn’t eat for 3 WEEKS!

Great communication from the employees they fixed my water pump. My car was running better then ever drove to Florida to see some family. Got some extra cash so I decided to just get spark plugs done and wanted to come back to just get basic things done. However when they got done fixing Spark plugs. I turned my car on it couldn’t even make it down the street. I called told them. What was wrong with my vehicle? They claimed that it was my fault so I paid to get the car looked at afterwards. They said it would cost me $1000 to get the vehicle fixed. I then took the car to another place and turned out the spark plugs was never correctly in, they broke a piece that was underneath the spark plugs and wasn’t honest enough To fix it And also it only only cost me $300 to get everything fixed somewere else be careful who you trust.

If you're looking for a garage where they take their time getting to your car, have poor communication skills, misdiagnose your issue, repair what is NOT wrong with your car, underquote you to overcharge you, and leave your vehicle smelling like a pack of Camel cigarettes, this is the garage for you! I dropped off my car on Thursday and was told maybe they could get to it by Monday, but probably would be Tuesday or Wednesday. I called Wednesday around 3 pm and was told it hadn't been looked at yet and that they would probably get to it in the morning. So a week later, they finally got around to looking at my vehicle. I called again that afternoon (because no one ever called me to update me on the status of anything, and I was without my car for a whole week at that point) was told it was the oxygen sensor and that it would cost $500 to replace. I thought this was a good deal, considering my boyfriend had diagnosed the car via various google searches he had conducted based on the cars symptoms, and told me it would probably cost around $1500 to have it repaired. So I authorized to replace the oxygen sensor, because I thought, "Hey, they're the professionals---they should know whats going on." Welp, I was wrong. They replaced the oxygen sensor and the car still wouldn't run properly, so they end up going back to the fuel pump, and it turns out its a problem based on an internal board that needs to be replaced and reprogrammed...which was what my boyfriend and I thought it was all along. And of course, he calls to tell me this and then says, "And it'll be $2,600 to replace". I told him to stop working on it and got my car towed from their garage and will be taking it elsewhere. Now I'm out $660 for an oxygen sensor that didn't need replacing in the first place, and my car was returned to me smelling like someone had been chain smoking inside of it while repairing it.
The last thing I'll say is that I called and specifically asked if this garage works on Mini's, and the guy said yes, and then lo and behold, he had no idea what the hell was wrong with my car and I ended up wasting my time and money. Learned my lesson and will only be taking my Mini to my trusted Mini repair man from here on out, and will not be giving any of these two bit repair shops another dollar of mine. They jerk you around and tell you one thing and then turns out, they kinda don't know their a$$ from a hole in the ground after they tell you they can help.

As my wife was returning to Georgia from visiting a friend in the hospital in Illinois, her 2003 Chevy van started having a blinking check engine light. She stopped for the night in Murfreesboro, TN. A visit to AutoZone first thing in the morning confirmed it was a 0030 code indicating random misfiring. The first three Auto repair shops I called in Murfreesboro were unable to help as they were booked up with work for anywhere from two days to two weeks. Finally, I reached Todd’s Complete Auto Care. They were willing to check the van right away and quickly diagnosed it as needing new plugs and wires…not surprising as we bought it used and it now almost has 200,000 miles on it. 4 hours later, my wife was back on the road. Our sincere appreciation for the quick and timely service provided!

I would like to commend Todd’s Complete Auto Care for their quality business!!!
My son has needed multiple things done on his car this past year and has been taking it to Todd’s. They have always charged him competitive prices (my son has compared pricing with other businesses before opting for Todd’s), they are timely on their repairs and seem to be up front and honest. Last week they went over and above what was expected of them, saving my son alot of time and $$ by decisions they made while working on his car. HIGHLY recommend their services!!!!!

This was my first time using this company for my car needs. I am from out of town and had never taken it somewhere local. There was a problem with my break switch and Bill was nice and professional from the start! I am grateful I had a good first experience! They were professional, caring, but inexpensive. He got me in and out within a few hours. Highly recommend!
