very nice people, they have a super friendly team, they fixed my whole quarter panel plus the rear end within 3 days where you cant tell where the car was hit from, HIGHLY recommended!!!

Find another auto body shop. We have been hung up on twice by the receptionist regarding questions about payment. The work completed was subpar and now there will be lawyers involved. I don't know who the receptionist is but she is very combative, uncooperative and has no problem dropping the call mid sentence.

I highly recommend making this your first stop if you need collision repair quote as they are very reasonable with this pricing and their work is exceptional. From the moment I dropped my car off there I was treated professionally and they kept me up to date with their process. I have used them twice in a month because their service and craftsmanship is top notch.

Love this place! We've had trouble with other body shops in the area but these guys/girls were super helpful even when the insurance company gave us problems. When we picked our car up, it was absolutely spotless, honestly better than the dealership even. They made sure everything that was damaged was fixed brand new (again, the insurance company wanted to put used parts on)I have never been so happy to get my car back, and cannot think of anything they could possibly do better. Overall the car repair work turned out well. The car looked like it was never in an accident. My problem was the time consumption. It took a month and a half to finish the process. They waited until the rental car was due to be returned just to tell us they found something else wrong that was an oversight and it would take longer than anticipated so they kept changing up when they would be done with our vehicle. No one answers the phone when you call so I had to go up there to talk to the office manager which is the only one who works the front desk. I ended up having to pay for a rental car because insurance doesn’t cover after a month. The last week they decided to offer us a loaner car because they saw how frustrating expensive and inconvenient it was to STILL not have our car back. The loaner car was given to us with no tag and expired registration so I had to drive back to the place and get one. The office manager was 30 minutes late opening up and had to get someone to bring the car tag from a dealership because it wasn’t there. I was late for work due to the inconvenience. I NEVER experienced any service like that. The office manager needs to answer the phone and show up to work ON TIME daily. I would say take your service elsewhere because the hassle they took us through is certainly no worth it.

I was very impressed with the work this body shop did on my wife's Range Rover. It looks absolutely beautiful. Dana, the young lady at the front desk kept us updated regularly during the repair process. She also contacted the rental car company on our behalf for necessary extensions that were needed. I highly recommend this shop, the service and repairs are top tier. Thank you Dana and staff.Jaye H.

Stopped by to ask if they could help me or give me any suggestions on how to remove some stripped bolts around my license tag. They told me to back it up to the bay door so they could take a look. They saw the problem with it and replaced my license plate housing within minutes and I was back on my way. Great receptionist and staff. I will definitely revisit and also refer anybody I know, if they ever have any auto body issues based off their customer service alone. 5 star establishment….period!!!Service: Body & Trim

I took my Audi s5 in for repairs for rear end damage they did a perfect job with the repairs and paint job with a perfect color match and on top of that they did a fantastic detailing job on the interior and exterior ten out of ten would recommend!!!!!!!Services: Painting

I highly recommend this place!! I was out of town and my vehicle was involved in a rear end collision. This body shop was recommended by my insurance agent and i was not disappointed. They are very friendly and very easy to deal with. Updated me on everything going on and was very patient with all my questions. Very professional and will not leave anyone disappointed. Highly recommend this place. I called to make an appointment with them and they got me in quickly. They wrote up an estimate the next day and ordered all the parts. Within 2 weeks my car was finished. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were courteous and efficient.
