I highly recommend Grant Lichtenwalter and Mid TN Insurance Group. He and his team have provided top notch customer service over the many years I have been with the company. Recently Progressive tried to shake me down for additional $200/mo premiums on my policy for a driver that I have no responsibility for. Grant successfully and swiftly negotiated against Progressive on my behalf and even lowered my bill by $50/mo in the process.

In a time when it is absolutely Hard to find an amazing insurance company.. property/ auto etc. these guys absolutely EXCEL IN MEETING THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS. In 30 years of carrying insurance I’ve never met a more unethical bunch. They had fake “audits” for the laat 3-4 years made up with fictitous numbers. Costing us 5 figures as a small business. Will end up in litigation over it. When it comes to honesty and integrity I would suggest stay far away in my opinion.

If you want an experience where the company listens, and understands your needs, look no further. Michael Conley takes time to explain things. If you told me that I was the only client for the company, I would say you are right, as I am treated like one.

Great insurance company. They've always found me excellent deals on homeowners insurance for my primary residence and for an investment property. I use them for my car insurance too. Their staff has been very responsive to any issues. It's always easy to reach a helpful person. I've referred Middle TN Insurance Group to my friends as well.

I've been with these guys for several years now, and they've never steered me wrong. Always available to answer any questions or concerns I might have. I might could possibly save a few bucks here or there, but the customer service can't be matched. So if it's not broke, don't fix it.

My family started with Middle TN Insurance a year ago when our son moved to TN. They went above and beyond for our young son who had no clue what he was doing. They provided auto & renters insurance and gave advice on registering his car etc. In the last few months me and my husband and my parents moved to TN and Middle TN has covered us all with Auto, Homeowners, etc. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Best experience! Highly recommend. We work with Mike Workman, but when he's not available we're in great hands with the rest of the crew! They are all so wonderful!

I have worked with these guys and recommended them for over a decade on hundreds residential policies and they have always been competitive, answered any questions I have had. They have been responsive and helpful. They have pointed me in the right direction even if they did not feel they were the best fit for a particular situation. Great people and great service. I have been with Middle TN Insurance Group for about 3 years , after having to switch from Farmers. Never gave a second thought to changing. They periodically review my policies to make sure I am getting the best deal–and when adjustments need to be made, they make them. Scott is my usual contact but everyone there is always helpful when I call. These folks go above and beyond to meet your needs!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
