Have never dealt with a more honest dealer in my 78 years of living all over the country with my air force family. The staff of International Cars in Murfreesboro, TN, went out of their way several times to help my family purchase the most dependable transportation for us even when we didn't have much to offer them. Will definitely go back if we ever need any help with more transportation for our family and friends.

Thank God. My whole experience was a blessing and three years in the making. I’m so thankful for the team at International Car Company. As for as their helpfulness and the continuity of honesty I rate 5/ Stars. I advise anyone looking for a good deal and a company willing to work with you, to go to International Car Company!

Go somewhere else!!!! First of all these people definitely are crooked! I came looking for a certain car. Which was around $10,000 but I was more so just looking for something reliable. I seen a couple of other options for cheaper but he said he could put me in something else. So he pulls around with a 2006 Honda accord. Which I wasn’t judging but things got sketchy when he tried to charge me $11,000 for this older car that had way more miles and that was beat up( front bumper had a gap and paint was faded with only one window working also no air) . What stood out was he wanted to put me in this $11,000 car but it was other cars way cheaper on the lot. So I had a down payment of $1000… with my payments he factored in other things and never mentioned the down payment again. So I assumed he factored that in with my payments. This happened on a Friday… Monday Jamil called my phone me stating that “I forgot to pay him” and that I needed to send a picture of my credit card so he can charge me. He never really allowed me to give an option of when I could come in and just insisted that I send a pic of my card info. So he called multiple times which I was at work once I did see all the messages was being rude towards me because he didn’t collect the down payment . So I told him we don’t have a deal any more after him being rude for something he did and returned the car. He texted me today stating that he will have the paperwork to release me out of the contract so once I arrived he didn’t wanna give me the paperwork nor give any documentation stating the deal was canceled. He comes out to the car and looks at it and tries to say the bumper wasn’t like it was (gap) Saying he’s charging me for that and I will hear from his lawyer. Stay far away from place!!!!! Buyer beware...
Extremely unprofessional staff
I was first approached by the store mechanic, who was seemingly slow. (This did not give me confidence in the quality of the vehicles) I was then approached by one of the owners, a lady who was very much unhappy, unprofessional, rude, and didn't speak very good English.
I was then approached by the other owner (presumably the Husband) who was in a better mood, but also spoke very poor English.
We went inside to the run down interior of the building, and tried to work out a deal.
The interest they charge on even a 24 month term is outrageous, for someone with average credit.
They then procided to tell me the car I was interested in had a replaced engine (which is unheard of from Toyotas) so I passed on that. (Again not confident their mechanic was capable of doing a decent job)
After examining some other vehicles, I noticed alot of their stock had poorly painted vehicles, alot of overspray, and no clear coat. I am in doubt the vehicles they sell won't give you trouble within the year.

This place was good. Their care for their customers is top tier. That being said, some of the cars on the lot are not in great condition. Not all of them are like this, but to be sure you get a good deal, make sure you check the entire car before purchasing. Understand what to look for and how to buy a used car, and you will have a great time at this place

Absolutely fantastic service all around, the people running the dealership are some of the most kind and understanding individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of being serviced by. I let them know in advance that my payment would be delayed Due to the snow and they were completely understanding of my situation. From the moment I spoke to the gentleman about financing the vehicle I was looking at he was immediately opened to discuss any inquiries I may have about the vehicle or the payment plan. They treat their customers with respect. I’ve had so many people deny me because of my age and lack of credit but these people trusted me to uphold my end of the deal and so far I’ve got nothing but good things to say about this establishment.They have a wide variety of great vehicles at amazing prices. If you’re buying a first car this is the best place to get it from.

Found a car through CarGurus and was just as pictured when we got to the lot. Friendly staff made the process of purchasing quick. I had my license plate within a week! Happy with the car.
