  Jenna was so incredibly helpful! I have not used an agent since I moved to TN. Upon having to reach out to one, I was a little bummed, but I'm so glad I did! She is was patient, thorough, and still helping me update my several other policies as well! I've recommended them to several other people I know.

  I've been with I.B. of A. for many years now. Their customer service is always prompt and excellent. I recommend anyone to use them for insurance.
