Customer service is lousy, and service time is unreal. On several occasions it has taken several hours to complete "basic maintenance" with the service department being hard to get ahold of more times than not. For the price and lack of convenience, you'd be better off bringing your car elsewhere.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change since it was under my warranty and when i arrived i was told that the longest wait would be an hour. I stayed at that location for 4 hours. It was ridiculous. They kept lying saying they had to get different things from autozone when really they were short staffed. (Someone finally told me the truth) they wasted a lot of my time. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend.

Poor communication from the service department. I would not recommend this location if you need assistance or maintenance on your vehicle.

My son went to the dealership to purchase a vehicle with a pre approval from Capital One. While completing the process, my son was told that Capital One had denied the approval. My son contacted Capital One and Capital One told him that he had not been denied, the dealership must have made an error. When my son contacted the dealership, they realized they had messed up and asked him to return to the dealership to complete the paperwork. He told them he would return the next morning which would give him time to purchase the required auto insurance. After the insurance was purchased we headed to the dealership. Once we arrived at the dealership looking for the salesperson, we were greeted by someone who told us the vehicle had been sold. What a shock since we were in constant communication with the dealership this morning prior to driving there. What a way to treat a customer, that just show how unethical and greedy some people. No regard for other people and the time wasted obtaining insurance and going back and forth to ensure everything was in place for a seamless purchase. PLEASE EXPLORE ALL OPTIONS BEFORE WASTING PRECIOUS TIME GOING TO HYUNDAI OF MURFREESBORO. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Went in on Wednesday April 13th to test drive a fiat 500. Drove the car and I liked it. I was very upfront with the salesman that I wanted to pay for the car with my credit cards as I earn cash back on them. Salesman went to talk with finance manager and came saying I could put $5000 down on one card and come back tomorrow and pay the rest with another card. I was a bit confused by that logic but was like ok as long as I can pay with my credit cards. I go to sit down with the finance manager and he says they can only do $5000 on a credit card and I have to write a check for the rest. I was very confused by this and the finance manager said it's company policy. I pointed out that on their website and in their fine print that it makes no mention of them not accepting credit cards. The finance manager said it's none of the publics business what their payment policies are. After a bit of back and forth I finally agreed to pay $5000 on a credit card and bring a check for the rest later that day. Told the finance manager that I have to transfer funds from an investment savings account and that it would be a few days for the funds to clear. He said no problem and that they can hold the check for a few days. I went to pick up the Fiat and gave them a check post dated for April 18th as that is when my funds will clear. I even texted the finance manager to remind him of the post dated check and to thank him. Just got a notification from my bank that the check was deposited. This is beyond frustrating as now I am going to incur an overdraft fee. The fact they will run $5000 on one credit card and not let me pay the rest with my other credit card makes zero sense! Not only do I lose out on close to $200 in cash back from my card, I now have to pay an additional $35 overdraft fee. I am at the point that I would rather return the car since I have had such a terrible experience. I just left a message at the dealership and I hope the store manager gets back to me. As someone that has been in sales/customer service for over 20 years this is not how you treat customers. I decided to be respectful and not mention the salesman or the finance manager's name. This is hands down been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Ok Murfreesboro Hyundai the ball is in your court to make this right.
