Came in hoping to rotate and balance my tires. I know they are low and need new ones soon but when the sales guys say nope they can't do it because your tires are shot and showing wire(I disagree since I cannot see any wire showing on my tires but ok). Then the sales guys gets annoyed since I was not wanting to look at tires since it was not something I planned on doing today and then for him to make a joke saying " I hope I'm not on the road when you are when your tires explode hahaha" like if that is going to make me want to buy tires from you when you just basically wished harm for me and my family heck no. I cannot recommend anyone to go to this location given that their sales people wish you harm when you don't buy when they want you too. Take your business elsewhere like I did where the other business treated me with respect and dignity where I felt more comfortable. I bought four new tires today from the other company instead of the two the rude sales man was trying to get me to buy.

We have been going to this location for years. The staff is ALWAYS SO polite, professional and Jiminy Crickets, they're FAST! I stopped by & ordered my tires the other day & made an appt to put them on a couple days later (due to my schedule, not theirs). My appt was at 10:30 and it's 11:30 now and I'm already back home. I know there are many tire locations (and more going up all the time), but these guys will always have our business!

Checking the day prior for merchandise is definitely not a smart practice. This was a totally different process and experience than when I went through Discount Tire in Alpharetta for my Jetta. Waiting three weeks plus for something you wanted right then is crazy especially when it tells you doing everything online is quicker. Though the initial process could use some tinkering, I appreciate the team's, including the manager's efforts to atone for earlier occurrences. Wheels look ? as I knew they would.
UPDATE FROM A MONTH AGO: I've had to bring my vehicle back multiple times as my vehicle has been shaking profusely since the wheels were installed. Their suggestion was the rings that close up the gaps, but the first couple times they were either the wrong ones for my vehicle or they just did not fit the vehicle or wheel. If the problem persists after this, I will just have to go back to my factory wheels because this has gotten out of hand especially when you are coming straight here after working a strenuous job all morning then coming here for one-two hours. Conclusion: vehicle still shaking.

Every time I’ve been they get me in quickly and get my car taken care of right away, their warranty system is fantastic, and the staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Especially Dante :)

Go here if you want scratched rims and to be hassled by annoying salesmen trying to milk every single last cent out of you to impress their boss and show you how much they know about rubber. I used to work at discount tire and they have changed as a company. They seem a lot more concerned with sales and less about the customer. The store manager seemed like the only normal person working there.

I would not go here if you have a chance it is not good. This is the worst service I’ve had at a discount tire and I used to work at one
Pros: got the tires I needed
Cons: scratched wheel, passive aggressive salesmen, super long wait, said they had tires on the phone and didn’t, forgot to do things mentioned multiple times.

THANK YOU!!! We were down from PA with our 37’ TT yesterday and noticed we had a flat. We switched it out with our spare but wanted to get it replaced before we got on the road this morning. At 5:30pm, we rolled up with the flat. It was changed and ready in 20 minutes!!! My husband and I couldn’t believe it. We can continue our family trip now, confident that we have a spare just in case. You guys are awesome!

Great service, reasonably priced, friendly staff. I would recommend them to all. Don't forget to get the warranty with the tires. It's worth it!

Now THIS is what service is all about. My daughter moved in one of the apartment complexes close by, I had a slow leak on a tire, so I called the 3 tire stores within a mile and THIS store is the only one to quote me $ 0 to fix a slow leak. I spoke to Jeremiah, he sounded so nice I had to try them out. The others were $25 and $31.50. I went here the next morning at around 10am... Nicolas took my keys and came back after looking at the tire, he gave me the lowdown on the other tires as well and said my tires are in good shape and should last another 3 years, and my car will be ready at 11:37am assuming they can fix the slow leak. At exactly 11:37 I got a text my car was ready. I was still in the store and the guy came in and handed me my keys and wished me well. I was waiting to hear of a charge... nothing. I am blown away, no switch pitc hing... it really was for FREE. I'm 67 and I have NEVER seen such courteous service in my life. These guys are for real. Make sure you go to Discount Tire, not Tire Discounters. I saw 5 different guys dealing with customers and all of them were giving their customers the same courteous service. My daughter will be a customer as long as she lives here.

Took a rim in to have a new tire mounted. That was no issue. They took the rim off. Took the old tire off. mounted the new tire. THEN, came and told me that they couldn't put the rim and tire back on because the lug nuts were "bad". So now I'm sitting there, no wheel on my truck. Their solution, "we can sell you a set of all new lug nuts for $500." So I asked them if they. Could just sell me the ones for that wheel and was told they couldn't do just the one wheel, it's a set for ALL the wheels. Proceeded to tell them, well I can't afford another $500 right now so no thanks. Then all of a sudden, they could do it for "$199". Reason for my review was to warn other people, they will try and get every penny they can out of you. Just beware

This place was a life saver for me. I picked up a screw in a tire on my trip. This place was close to where we were staying and when I called ahead they had an exact match of tire I needed. Several other places did not. They sent me a link to my phone with directions which was very convenient and appriciated when you are driving through Nashville. The place was very busy and it was right at closing time when I got there. They still knocked it out quick getting my tire changed. They even installed the wheel/tire on the car after I told them I would do it.

Was here from out of town and got a nail in my two month old tire. The guys worked with me and got me back on the road. Professional and super friendly! They also keep you updated every step of the way.
