As far as the sales, and the people it’s a very friendly place. Everyone has smiles and great attitudes. However, you will wait for your car to get an oil change for over two hours! No follow ups or communication on what’s going on and how long. You have an appointment time and somehow that time does go as followed. Things happen and stuff comes up especially with cars but it’s always the same thing. Something’s gotta change.

Got an oil change forgot who my service advisor was. But he was good people. So is Joe. (He sold my vehicle to me. He has been there for every question or concern.)

Had a 3:30 appointment to have my oil changed on my pickup and it wasn’t completed till 5 . ….way too long time wise!

Service is horrible almost every time I go. The people are not the problem as much as the management and organization of it is awful. The sales team and management were really good but Service department needs some help.

I had a great experience. No hard pressure sales tactics. The sales person, Andrew, paid attention to the material requirements I had for a new car. I'd never bought an American car before. Very pleased with the vehicle's standard options, and with the added package. I found the sales price fair when compared to other vehicles in the subcompact suv segment.

After paying to have a multi point inspection, they left the radiator cap off, and my engine started overheating. I will be returning the vehicle to the shop to have them fix this.

It would have been professionally appropriate and appreciated if my Service Advisor had contacted me before I came to pick up my vehicle that the quote given earlier to fix my vehicle had increased from $320.00 to nearly $1100.00. I am unsure as to how two hours of additional work resulted in such a significant increase in the overall cost, a simple telephone call I feel was necessary and warranted.

Andrew Yassa is hands down the best car salesman I have ever worked with! He listened to what we wanted and then gave us options when what we wanted didn't align to what we needed.
He didn't just care about making a sale he cared about why we needed a vehicle and how to get us to the vehicle of our dreams.
I was very upset about a situation with financing and he stayed calm and let me vent and then helped me work through it.
Our family will only be coming to Andrew from here on out.
Our 2025 Trax is very nice and affordable. We couldn't have done it without Andrew's help.
