First time customer and I will definitely be back.
Steve and all the guys were awesome. I came in with an idea of what I thought was the issue, and turns out there was a cheaper alternative!
As a young woman, you hear a lot of stories about mechanics taking advantage or assuming lack of knowledge about cars, so it's refreshing to know people who are honest and direct with the heart of a teacher still exist!
While I was there, a situation that had the potential to turn dangerous broke out. Not only did Steve maintain a professional and authoritative demeanor, but all of the other guys and customers were able to feed off that energy to keep our heads cool and diffuse the situation.
In the world we live in, it's unfortunate that we have to prepare for things to go south quickly. But there are good people out there who are prepared and can keep a level head. I take comfort in knowing that they work at Budget Brakes .
I dont live close, but I will definitely be back in the future!

Marc took me in for alignment only 70 bucks and got it done while I had lunch and he rotated my tires for free, and a one year alignment warranty, feels good to get good service thanks y'all!

I feel like I got robbed, I had all new brake pads front and back and new rotors on the front but my car would shake when I hit the brakes, I think I just needed new rotors on the rear end but somehow I tripped the code trying to figure it out and because of that I had no brakes at all. I went up told them the symptoms but didn't say anything about the code. This people charged me $600 and all they did was reset the code and told me it will be another $1200 to make it stop shaking, please do not go to bugget brakes they are criminals.

The service was great. Very friendly owner/service manager . My van was ready to go in a timely manner. Very happy with the job they did. Would recommend them to anyone needing braKe service!

Went in while in a rush to get my brakes fixed and got such amazing service and didn’t spend nearly as much as I would’ve somewhere else. The people there are so friendly and they do phenomenal work and were so kind on top of it all. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs work done on their car. Even with FIVE people in front of me I was out within two hours.

We took my daughter’s car in not sure how much it would cost; how long it would take to get it done; and really had no clue what the true issue was.The store manager was kind and friendly. They did the inspection and called with an estimate. He took time to explain what all was needed. He even provided an additional coupon to help with the costs.Her car was complete before she finished her shift at work!Budget Brakes is good in our book! We will return if ever needed in the future.

I so appreciate their business. I came in with shimmying in my steering wheel when I hit the brakes. The guys at budget brakes. Looked at my car and told me all that was needing fixed and we fixed the front brakes this week.I want to say Thank you to the gentleman who had to talk to my husband and deal with him. Lol. He was a trooper with my grumpy husband. LolI definitely will go back to them to get my rear breaks done.They were very prompt in their work and were all very nice. For guys that is. Ain’t nothing budget about these folks. I got taxed to the max. You’d think there would be some type of deal for getting brakes and rotors all around…nope! Also, being told the extent of what services needed to be done prior to the car being lifted and stripped all the way down would’ve been nice too. I was already late for work, with bad brakes and said what the heck. But seriously, what the heck. $1000.0! Every person I told grilled me for paying that price.

My husband and I had to get back brake pads, all new rotors, brake booster, and a master cylinder today. These men did a great job on our van, and it's very safe and running good now. They are definitely worth going to for if you need these or other services. They definitely are more affordable than other places as well. God bless y'all and thanks for the hard work on our van earlier.

Excellent Service given! All the agents/ mechanics were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They actually took me to my car and showed me my brakes and explained in detail what was needed to be done to fix the issue. My son confirmed that he only wanted the front done but they did front and back. They also told him that a part from the back brake was dropped and broken, so they replaced that as well but later told me they did not drop it and I was charged for it. The person I was speaking with was rude and would not take ownership of any of the mistakes. It ended up costing double what I was prepared for. I definitely won't be back- very poor customer service.Service: Brakes
