This place does not help you when their products malfunction. They just give you the runaround and keep your money. $6,000 down the drain honestly. Go to Lowes for your appliances.

Bought a refurbished phone,camera was broken, came back to the storewide so.e concerns, saw Adrian j. Don’t purchase total tech , when you actually need something covered this plan covers nothing, plan is sold to you in store and later you are referred to an 800# to deal with.elvin and the white dude with the glasses from geek squad are also very unhelpful and it took both of them forever just to tell us they cannot offer a solution.
