I purchased a 2019 jeep renegade trailhawk at Beaman Chrysler Dodge in Murfreesboro Tennessee.This was my first out of state purchase for a vehicle.My salesman was Steve Pilbeam he was honest and completely upfront about the vehicle.When me and steve agreed on the financing he delivered the jeep to me to alabama.The vehicle was clean and just as described exactly the way steve said it would be.I have been driving this vehicle for a week now and i am totally satisfied.We negotiated on price and was able to meet in the middle and make it work.I will definitely call Beaman again for a dodge, jeep, or chrysler vehicle when im looking.

Big Lew is the best! Best car buying experience of my 42 years. We went to three different dealerships in Columbia and were very unhappy with how we were either pressured by salesmen and sales managers or were completely ignored. So we decided to drive all the way to Murfreesboro to look at a Wrangler and met Big Lew. He immediately greeted us and asked what we were looking for. He was super friendly and patient with my indecisiveness. He pulled all the vehicles I wanted to see and left me alone to drive and look them over and would check on us as needed.
We finally picked out two cars (one for me and one for my wife) and we went inside. That is when we met Jonathan the sales manager and Michael in finance. Lew wasn’t pushy in the slightest but he was present and super helpful. At no time through the entire process did we feel pushed, rushed, or like we were being scammed. They were very transparent about everything. It was absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and we recommend everyone to go see Big Lew. He and his crew will take care of you.

We traveled from New Albany MS to buy a truck. These people are the best . Tim Garrott and Micheal Jones are great people to deal with couldn't askfor a better experience. My husband David Frazier said he'd travel back there just because of the hospitality.

I recently bought a 2019 Toyota Camry from here and I love my car so far still too early to review it. But I will review the people that helped me here. Everyone there was really nice and helpful!! They made the process simple and very easy! After about 6 months I will leave a review for my car.

"I have a 2021 1500 Ram with a 17,000-mile limit. Bubbles appeared on the dashboard, and after searching for more information, I discovered that this is a recurring defect in several similar trucks. However, they wanted to charge me almost three thousand dollars to fix it, claiming that it could be due to misuse and that the warranty would not cover it."

Not only did the service department over quote the real issue needing repair by $3500, the one item they were supposed to fix was actually made worse. Cost almost $500 for them to break the car even more. Will never go back!
