We just started using Munford Pharmacy in January when our insurance changed. For at least the past 20 years we've only used Walgreens, Wal-Mart & Kroger so with their strong buying power; I was a little concerned about costs associated with using a small independent pharmacy.I am so very pleased we made the change! All-in-all we are saving money each month...some meds are slightly higher $, but most are slightly cheaper. Their customer service is great and the Pharmacist is very nice and happy to talk with you about any questions or concerns.One thing that totally surprised me is when I went to drop off a prescription and was asked to wait a minute...then they tell me the RX is $4.89 and tell me it's ready!!! Wait What??? I was so shocked that I wasn't told the soonest it could be ready in 2-3 hours. This wasn't a one-time deal, they are always that "on top of service".Great quick friendly service!

This is the ONLY pharmacy I will go to! Everyone is friendly, the pharmacist will speak to you no matter how busy they are, and they remember you. It’s personal and comfortable, unlike the big box pharmacies. Highly recommend!

Used to be the best of them. Used for years. Last 3 of 3 orders have been messed up. Even if you are specific on the phone in's, be sure to double check your orders before you leave. Save a trip back... which is becoming all too frequent.

This is the BEST pharmacy!!! He goes above and beyond to make sure he has everything his customers need!! The customer service is always so friendly and helpful! I agree sometimes I may have to wait a few minutes but let me say this I had rather wait on my meds and be treated nice as to be treated like they could careless if I got my meds or not!!!! I will not go anywhere else!!

My prescription was cheaper before insurance ($3) than it was at Kroger after insurance. I paid nothing; insurance covered everything. The same prescription at Kroger costs me $13 AFTER insurance. I will forever use Munford Pharmacy! The staff was the icing on the cake; they were super friendly and helpful.
