Im writing this review for my daughter and her experience in the hoppy shop. If I could I would give it no stars because my daughter took a big winning scratch off lottery ticket in there to get her $270 dollars from it and we know for a fact that it was $270 dollar winner because we had it checked three times by 3 different people and all the lady gave her for it was $5 dollars for it and said that was all it was for so therefore that means there is a thief working there! Plus when we called to talk to a manager the very same lady rudely said the manager was unavailable and hung up the phone. That right there tells me we are right about the lady and she needs to be in jail for that!!!!!!

While we appreciate all reviews, we certainly will not tolerate wrong information and lies regarding our business. This response in relation to the review left by customer regarding a scratch off ticket and winnings. This is a false and defamatory review - all receipts were kept and they were shown to the lottery commission to verify the winnings. The staff in this review did the right thing - the winnings were correct and the customer was paid the correct winning amount - not what is stated in this review.
