“All of our family members have switched prescriptions over to Publix in the last few months. Not only do they frequently have the best price, they have also been very communicative, and very willing to troubleshoot. Considering our family runs the range of having private insurance, TennCare, and no insurance, Publix has worked well with/for every one of us.”

“The pharmacy staff (even when they have ppl from other stores traveling) are very sweet, willing to help with any questions or concerns you might have. I've been going there for many years and I refer everyone and refuse to go anywhere else.”

“I did not know about this pharmacy, until a coworker said she got a Covid vaccination here. I signed up, which was easy, got in pretty quick, considering. The process to go through and get the vaccination was VERY well organized. A quick drive through, a little stick (and one of the most painless injections I have ever received) and wait 15 minutes. I couldn't be more grateful to these guys. Thank you so much!”

“I visited the longstanding local pharmacy in our town, Mt Juliet Pharmacy, and it's truly a gem! The friendly gentlemen who run it know you by name, creating a personalized and welcoming atmosphere. The exceptional customer service is a standout, making each visit a pleasant experience. Their added perks, such as free delivery in the MJ area and complimentary shipping elsewhere, add to the convenience. It's a testament to the charm and community spirit of this pharmacy that has stood the test of time!”

“I had a great experience today. I went to get my blood pressure medicine and was told that it would be an hour or more because they were backed up. With the weather I didn’t have time. I started thinking about back up plans.. go home wait and call and an ambulance if things get worse.I desperately needed it because my blood pressure was rising( My zone has put me in the hospital intensive care) The pharmacist on duty glanced at me and said it’ll be ready in 10 minutes. Wish I got his name it was this afternoon at the Mt Juliet Lebanon road store. It’s people like him that make me continue to use you for my Prescriptions even though it’s no longer in my net work”

“The meats they serve here are fresh and delicious and the staff is friendly but I did have to wait quite a while for them to cut the meat up granted they were busy so I'm not saying that they aren't propped I'm just saying that you might have to wait a little bit if you order meat but the wait is worth it”

“Walmarts pharmacy services and staff have not always been on my list of top recommended pharmacies amongst all the others... but I can say they have come a long way & the one in Mt. Juliet has definitely stepped their game up! Qualified, professional & kind staff.. a very clean enviroment/store with organization & low prices!”

“Popped in here to grab a mascara and I was happy to see how clean the store was, as well as masks being worn by all employees, plexiglass, floor stickers, hand sanitizer and all COVID precautions. Another great Walgreens experience!”

“At first I had to stop using this pharmacy because it was always so busy and would take a very long time to fill prescriptions. However I am happy to say they have vastly improved! The staff are much more friendly now, prescriptions are filled In better times (they even can sometimes expedite if you ask or need), and though they are busy a lot they get customers through fairly quick. It can still get really busy and wait times go up but it’s close to my home and I just try to plan accordingly. It would be nice if they had a little more staff but I know that’s a problem everywhere right now. I decided to switch all my family’s prescriptions back to this Kroger pharmacy, we had been using Walgreens but every Walgreens near us has gotten horrible. But since I’ve been using this Kroger pharmacy for over a year now it has been consistently good. My prescriptions are correct, done on time, staff are friendly and I’m very pleased.”

“These people answer the phone and get right to it. The staff are quick and courteous. The pharmacists spend as much time as needed for understanding. And they all know how to plow through the evils of insurance. Great communication with doc offices. And they work on synchronizing script renewals, so there are fewer trips. We've left two pharmacies over bad service, one had questionable practices. The other always had long wait times with staff idling. The CVS staff will come from the back to keep the lines short. After about 6 years, this place has never given us cause to doubt.”

“Went to Labcorp location inside the store. Store staff greeted me, directed me and asked if I had an appointment. This showed the teamwork between both staffs workers together for the patient.”
