Had a great experience with Mikes Automotive. The service was awsome they had my truck in and out quickly for service. The shop is clean and waiting area is very nice. They let me know they are a full service shop and can do anything I am in need of. Will be using Mikes for all my future service. Good Job Guys!!

Professional, clean, helpful, and can take care of everything that my van has brought up! My mechanic is a genius and could probably take a car apart and put it back together blindfolded! He explained a problem my van was having in great detail, and I just love that. He has my respect, admiration, and business as long as I have a vehicle and live here! The rest of the team is always so kind, helpful, clear, quick, and patient! I recommend them all the time!

I recently went here for an oil change and afterwards I called my husband and said we’ve found our new mechanic! I was SO pleasantly surprised with how nice the waiting area was, and how nice everyone that worked there was. They didn’t try to upsell or charge me for anything I didn’t need, and even gave advice on how to do certain things myself to avoid a cost. They gave a detailed outline of maintenance recommendations for the future, but did not try to sell me anything. I am definitely going back and will be going here for all future car repairs, issues, and maintenance needs !! Thanks so much Mike’s Automotive!

Do not trust them when they say they will call you if anything is needed ( before they do the work) They did an alignment on my car and after it was done they told me it needed parts so the alignment did absolutely no good but I had to pay for it to get my car back. Again do not trust them, I was told by other,s not to go there but I had to find out for my self

I’ve been to Mikes Automotive a few times. After this last experience, however, I won’t be doing any future car repairs through them. A battery drain was the issue. The mechanics had my car for 9 days to make the appropriate repairs. They ordered one part, and figured it was the wrong part. So the mechanics had to order another part. I got a text message saying to call the store. Which I promptly did. Not any mention of further work needing to be done with my car or during this phone call. I go pick up my car, and the service guy tells me oh by the way your engine light is on. I said you had my car for 9 days and not once did anyone mention to me that the engine light is on. Why did you wait until I came in here? He said,” I was waiting for you to come in here and then I was going to tell you about it. We had a couple of codes that wouldn’t come off of your car. So we need to do a EVAP smoke test that’s going to cost $250.23. But that’s not even going to fix the problem.” I said, “ I’ve already had a diagnostic test done already. He said, “What you had done isn’t the same test that we need to do.” By the way, they never did give me any diagnostic reports that were done on my car.
(I almost had a heart attack after paying the bill, $1,673.52) I called the shop today to see if they could work with me. Maybe even a discount. Nope. Ok, time to go to the dealership. I’d rather spend my money somewhere else.

Mike's has the best service in town! I choose going to this shop over any other in town. They are honest, helpful, and aren't one of the companies that will take advantage and overcharge.

I called before I made an appointment here to verify I could use the parts my wife got me for a Christmas gift. (Rotors & pads) They said no big deal. So I made an appointment. After dropping my car off for that plus a squealing coming from the rear, about an hour went by. They gave me a quote but told me they don't install customer provided parts? I took my car back and had my dad look at my car. Turns out the rear drum brake springs were missing, which caused the metal to squeal. They told me they looked. Not very impressed.

I took my truck here earlier this week, and was assisted by Blake and Cayden. For starters, I’m very specific with who handles my truck, and only want the best to handle it. Let me tell you, I’ve found the best here and with these 2 gentlemen. I’ve tried places like fire stone, Valvoline, even some ford dealerships. Between over priced products, hard pushing things I don’t need/ask for, to just taking forever. I want to go to a place to have the work I need done, get taken care of, have my time prioritized, and be on my way. These guys hit every aspect of that and demonstrated the true definition of hospitality and customer service. I live out in Christiana, and I’m more than happy to make the commute as long as my trucks being serviced by this team. Will absolutely be back.

We were on the road and our air conditioner quit blowing cold air . Not being from the area we didn’t know where to go so we got the number from parts store and call them. They got the car in immediately, they were professional and very knowledgeable, great choice for auto repair.

Will never take another one of my cars there. Billed twice the hours than the repair should take according to the dealership ship and marked up the part they got from dealership up $100. Went there cause they were less than 1 mile but I could have had car towed to dealership and still been less expensive.

Do not recommend!!!!! If you take it to them, you’ll be going back with parts hanging off your car(radiator support brackets to be exact) bolts missing and falling out going down the road, and something ELSE wrong that was fine before they touched it!!!! And the message that they replied with right after this review is false because I have called them 4 times now and talked and they still will not own up to screwing something up other than me!!! They do not care 1 bit for customer satisfaction. If you take your car here, it WILL leave with another problem and they don’t care. They got my money that’s all that matters to them!!! Thanks Mikes🤯

Jay & Cayden are the Best of all the mechanics there. Make sure to ask for them. Have always gotten my mini van back on the road in no time with no issues
