If I could give 10 stars I would! I called to see if it was possible to both purchase new and replace a new tire after getting a flat that morning. When I called, the gentleman said they had someone at the warehouse at that very moment and called to add one more to the pickup during an already busy day and nearly finished trip. Not only did they get the tire, it was replaced in just a couple hours and the entire crew was just the sweetest bunch - a nice change of pace from the stress of the day. I’m forever grateful for their kind, fast, and efficient service! Truly a gem in MJ.

Staff is nice very clean waiting area, they take time to explain things and don't seem to do unnecessary things, they stay extremely busy that says alot folks trust them, and keep going back to them. I feel their prices are fair.

These guy are the real deal, never try to charge me for something I don't need.. I have brought 10 different make and model cars and trucks to them and they are spot on every time. When you need your vehicle fixed right the first time ,bring it here. 100% I'd give the 25 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could.

They always do great work and for a great price. I needed a air pressure check and they were very busy. I believe the guys name was David. He was very courteous and took time out of his busy day to help me out.

Their staff is always courteous and friendly. I have been taking my car to Mt. Juliet Tire Center for routine maintenance and repairs for years. They've never tried to upsell me. I haven't had any problems after the shop performed the work, and if I ever do, I believe they would make it right. I highly recommend this place. It's hard to find good Customer Service and quality work anywhere else.
