I called this location because I was notified that my package was delivered, but it was not at my home. After trying to report it on my app and then calling the helpline, I was frustrated because I couldn’t get any help. When I called, I was so lucky to get Dominique. He took several steps to try to locate my shipment and look up the delivery service. During the process, I realized it was my fault after all. Embarrassed, I explained to Dominique that I had shipped it to the wrong address. He had been so kind, patient, and helpful. He was even gracious when I told him I had put him through all of the hassle for nothing. His customer service was exceptional and an example of how all customer service calls should be handled. Five stars for Dominique!

Found what I needed at a great price. Check out was decent. Will continue to go to this location to shop. Glad to see self check out has changed at this location and that they have more workers at the registers checking customers out.

I just stopped here to pick up some hand lotion and do a little general shopping. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean store. Ran in to get a 4 way lug and had to wait for someone to come to the automotive check out. There was a worker nearby who watched us stand there for over 10 minutes with no service. Then had to ask her to call someone to help us. She went into the automotive side and then came out said someone would be there to help us in a minute. When the guy came out he seemed to be upset that he had to come out and ring people up. Wasn't friendly at all.

Came there to do a return and the older lady with big hair at costumer service (I don’t remember her name) was very rude. Rude to me and rude to the lady that was there before me. She was talking to another co-worker about how she hasn’t had a break so maybe somebody needs to do better with their employees so nobody has to deal with a Karen worker like I did today. I hope she has a better day!

Literally every single drink cooler turned down as much as possible....if I wanted cool drinks I would buy them here....like is walmart hurting for money that bad...lol...I will never shop here again....I also do not stop at gas stations that do this to save a buck....

In the store around 8:00am. They were almost completely out of frozen vegetables. No cashier's open, only self check. Very inconvenient with a cart "full" of groceries. How can they have 25 personal shoppers all over the grocery aisles yet not provide a single full service register? Not good customer service.
Update June 2024;
First off, no carts at inside entrance. Customers had to retrieve carts from the paking lot. Wheels still do not turn, no maintenance on carts for a multi-billion $$ company. Was there a few months ago and an elderly man used a cart that only had three wheels and fell down in front of me while exiting the store.
They started their store remodel and moved merchandise around so you can not find items where they used to be. Workers were not able to help. Worst shopping experience ever. A lot of workers in the way of customers trying to shop. Restocking should be done at night when store is closed!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Scheduled an 11AM appointment for an oil change and when I arrived I stood around in the lobby for around 20 minutes before ever seeing anyone only to not be acknowledged in any way. Waited for another few minutes and finally left to go to another place for my oil change. So…. I would stay away from the automotive services at Walmart in Morristown, TN on Andrew Johnson highway. They aren’t interested in you as a customer.
