Friendly bank. The only issue I have experienced is the ATM is often unavailable. Since there is only one Regions ATM in town, that can be frustrating.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the lobby and told I needed to see a banker. Before I got to sit down the lady was ready for me and handled my problem very quickly and efficiently. Very good service.

There a lot to say but MOST IMPORTANT THING ISRACIAL DISCRIMINATIONI am a Hispanic I been to this branch a lot of times at first they didn’t help me get my account set up so I had to go to a different branch and ever since then when I try to withdraw cash from them they always come up with an excuse. Example today 10/27/2022 I tried taking some cash out and they came up with the excuse that I needed another ID because where I open the account put some wrong information on it so I left and went to the branch where I open the account and they said there’s nothing wrong with my account and gave me the cash right away!!

The people at this branch are Amazing! Wonderful! Too bad they work for such a terrible company!I just opened my account last week.Currently, there are double charges on my account totaling over $335. Funds paid and funds pending to be paid, twice. Call it a glitch or whatever you want, it's unacceptable. I feel bad for anyone that this has happened to that doesn't have the money in the account to cover these fraudulent charges. A bank's one job is to keep a ledger of the money we have invested with them, and they can't be trusted to do this.No 24 hour customer service, so no resolution till business hours tomorrow.

Longest lines Ever! Terrible customer serviceI have to take our business deposits from my employer and its Always the same long lines, it doesnt matter the time of day! Very rude at the window drive thru ! This is why I do Not bank personally with this bank! Highly recommend checking them out prior to opening an account

Very, very slow. Like molasses slow. I don’t know if it’s a lack of employees or what, but I travel all over the southeast and this is by far the slowest Regions I have been to.

Not so much this particular bank at this location but Regions in general is robbing people....... Charging people $8.00 for not using the card 10 times in a month!!!!!! That's a shame....... I will be closing my account
