Just stop them and politely ask for assistance and I can assure you they will do what they can to help. Imagine being in their shoes and all the grumpy and disrespectful creatures they see and have to deal with. Believe me treat them with respect and I’ve not seen a single one not be kind and respectful in return.”

“So many employees asking if I need help. It was so wonderful. The first one to me, what's Courtney. She is always there when I need her!! About 4 years ago I searched for 2 tires for a friend sitting with his truck and travel trailer on the side of the road. The only place to get them was TS. I had to rush there and drive 2.5 hours to help my friend. Did I say it was moments before closing when I arrived?! Courtney had my tires ready at the front on the store. Thank goodness she reminded me, "does he have a jack?" He did not, so a gold star to her. She showed me the jacks available and said if we didn't need it we could return it. Mission accomplished. Thank you, thank you”
