We've been waiting for an estimate from Chad for 7 months to no avail. Everytime I call and speak to him he says it's on it's way. We didn't have this issue with them in 2013 when we spent $17000 on flooring and kitchen remodel.

Just had a shower door installed today by Hardwood specialties and their installer did great! There was no mess left to clean up. The installer caulked around the shower door. The shower door looks great!Angie was awesome to deal with and very efficient. She stayed in contact as the door came in and was delivered. The installer even chose to come out on Labor Day to put it in. Definitely recommend Hardwood specialties.

I was looking for a accessory for a Honeywell ceiling fan. I was referred to Hardwood Specialties from a normal supplier I use. I call and asked about what I needed. She said I'd have to speak to some other lady. I inquired and was told she was busy put me on hold. I leave a message. Not returned. I drove across town and was told by someone that asked me what I needed as she was busy on the phone. Was told that we don't carry that brand

We bought and moved into a home that needed updating last July. We had a vision of what it could be. We found Hardwood and haven’t looked back since. They gutted my kitchen and rebuilt it, gutted my master bath and it’s only shower glass away from being done. They updated my powder bath, and transformed my stairs from carpet to custom stained wood treads, AND laid all new hardwood flooring on the first level. Chad, Angie, Tracy, and all the subs ( plumbers, electricians, drywall install and repair, tilers, hardwood floor layers)have been so great to work with! I highly recommend Hardwood for any of your projects!!!
