Rudest pharmacy staff "girl" I ever encountered! She threw my 3 brown bags of medicine out the drive in window at me! Needs to be fire!

The doctor will send prescriptions , only for CVS to screw it up. It's became the norm to call every month. Seriously thinking of going back to Walgreens

Called and left voice mails constantly despite being specifically requested not to. Automatically refills prescriptions again after I ask them not to. Plus their prices are higher than elsewhere. Continues to send text messages against my wishes. Just plain disrespectful. Walmart is much better. The only area where CVS is better is their drive thru.

I was stuck with a nail and urgent care didn’t seem to care. So Dr Google said CVS gave Tetanus shots. So I call and the pharmacist and she said come on down. My arm is sore (tetanus is supposed to be) but I never felt the needle go in. The pharmacist certainly knew what she was doing! Kudos to CVS for offering this service, and working with my insurance to cover me. Excellent people in this pharmacy.

One of the worst experiences in my life. If I could give it a negitive number I would. The persciption called in 3 times because they cant read what the doctor prescribed. One of the most incompidant and rudest pharmacists ever. Instead of letting me explain to her from the 8th time about my doctor calling in the prescription so she could maybe understand it if it was spoken instead of written. She stated Either you pay for 1/3 of this prescription for the price of a full prescription because Im closing the registers now ..at 7:50. I am a diabetic. Im not sure if the pharmacists understand about how important medication is to a diabetic but she should..I will never go back.......

The female pharmacist is terrible. She’s rude and not only screams at customers but yells what medication the person is on in front of others in the store. This is a HIPAA violation and we will be reporting her. Completely unacceptable. No issues with any other locations except this one. Do not go here.

I thought pharmacists were suppose to be well-educated professionals. Apparently that is not true at this CVS. I switched from Walgreens to CVS because I thought it would be more convenient to be able to get 90 day refills. Right from the start, it was a nightmare. CVS could not get my insurance to run through even though Walgreens never had any insurance issues. After waiting on hold on the phone for 10 minutes, I got the run around for 10 more minutes and was told that I had to call my insurance company to get the problem fixed. My insurance company (Caremark which is owned by CVS, by the way!) said that all CVS needed to do was to call them because there was no problem at all. I called the pharmacist back and she was rude yet again. She clearly did not want to be inconvenienced by having to make a phone call to my insurance company. I tried to lighten things up by saying, “I'm just trying to save you from having me come in and make a scene.†She then told me to “stop right there†and said she would call the police if I made a scene. I have never been treated so horribly by anyone who was supposed to be providing me customer service. Needless to say, I will never shop at CVS again. I called Walgreens right away and in less than 10 minutes, I had my prescription filled and everything transferred back.

It is centrally located. However they do not have beer or wine although I had read online that cvs in Tennessee sold beer and wine. Service was pleasant.
