2 hour wait still no help. The one girl working hasn't spoken to us. Spoke to other. One person with appointment been here since around 12 and gets some help around 3pm. Other customers walk in and all girl says is welcome. Others have waited and left. Honestly very disappointed no products out. My son is in the military, home on leave wanted to get a new phone and this is not an acceptable way to treat customers.

Completely disgusted with the way my wife and I were treated by this location. My was fraudulently signed up for a business account by a member of a Verizon store who then when my bill came out to $400 two months later, told me not to pay it and she would fix it and the next time I went to speak to her, found out she was no longer with the company due to fraud and then the other employees in the store proceeded to send me to multiple different locations to fix it when the other locations told me there was nothing they could do and it had to be fixed from the store the account was set up by. They said that they had been instructed to stop sending people they didn’t want to deal with to them because they couldn’t help. They then said I had to call 4 different phone numbers to have it fixed. They also said they had camera footage of the employee signing off parts of the contract in my name and not explaining the contract to me while signing us up for this account. Then after calling all of the numbers I was told that the store the account was made at was the only place that could fix it and that I had to pay my fraudulent bill or I would lose my dead father in law’s phone number. Now no one will call us back and I will never recommend this place to another human as long as I live because they are all scammers who cant take responsibility for their mistakes and I have to live knowing that some stranger now has my dead father in laws phone number. Don’t even bother with this place. We’ve never spent less than 3 hours at a time here. They don’t care about you, they just want to screw you out of your money and then ghost you with no explanation.

My initial experience in the store was good. They were helpful in getting my lines changed over from AT&T; however, I don’t feel like they were very transparent in what I was being charged. I was charged $120 in the store as a set up and go fee. They assured me this was a one time fee. When I saw my line was costing $95 for the month, I went back to them and they assured me I was not being billed another activation fee. Well, that was an out and out lie. I was charged by Verizon another $120 activation fee on my first bill. They also do not make clear that they are an independent retailer that is authorized to sell Verizon products. Very deceptive practices all around.

She was awesome. Very attentive. She knew I was on a budget. She didn't push to try to make me buy anything. She made me very comfortable. She even got to know my daughter as well as we got to know one another on a personal level as we were very similar with things we had going on in our life. She handled a very unprofessional matter with an employee leaving when she asked for their help very professionally, this chick deserves a raise! Although it was time for the girl to get off work as she made that clearly known, I think the way that the other employee handled that situation was extremely unprofessional as I am in management and I don't believe that matter should have been handled the way that it was, but she handled it perfectly like a trooper!

Best experience ever!!! Ryan listened to my needs and came up with a plan to fulfill everything I wanted, while diligently searching for best prices simultaneously. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else in the future. Thanks

Both sales reps were pleasant and friendly, as well as incredibly helpful when answering all of my questions. Iesha, who took care of us, even helped keep my fussy baby entertained while we waited for my phone’s transfer to complete. Wonderful experience.

Allie was wonderful. She was very personable yet professional. She answered all our questions and made sure we made decisions best to fit our needs. We will make sure she is working prior to making all future visits to the store so we are able to have Allie as our associate. Wonderful experience!!

The wait is extremely long, I over heard one of staff saying a coworker clocked in but went to get coffee because he can’t function without coffee. Staff with other customers talking about things that have nothing to do with Verizon for about 15 minutes instead associating other customers while waiting . Not good at time management. If you have somewhere to be this isn’t the store to go to.
