Worst tax service i’ve encountered! They wait until the very last day to send my taxes to sign, after i’ve contacted them on several occasions with questions regarding how to file. Everyone’s situation is different, don’t assume that it should be handled the same just because someone is married. Also, if you get a return, why wasn’t the option available to have the amount for fees taken out of the return? For the amount of money in fees you pay for their service, it’s not worth it. I would recommend taking your taxes elsewhere. I also want to point out, that this form should try and help the taxpayer get the most return they can since it is in fact, our money. I could see it being an issue if someone wasn’t paying the right amount in taxes, but this clearly wasn’t the case here. It was lazy service, and someone wanting to collect a paycheck.

I've always used H&R Block software to prepare my return. This year I needed to discuss my return with a tax pro. Veronica and her team at the Millington, TN location was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

I usually do my own taxes. But this year I had multiple incomes. So I did my taxes as usual and I owed 120. I have never had to pay in to the irs. So I went to h&r block and ended up owing 303 to irs and 200 to (tax professional) smh
