At the very least they could observe the posted hours. I went there at 8:45 pm and was turned away by an employee who stated they closed at that time. The web site showed 9 pm as their closing time.

GHETTO!!!! Never open during posted hours. Inside is so jam packed you have to turn sideways down every aisle.

Went in yesterday to buy a couple gallons of milk cuz we have 6 ppl in our home and found out BOTH gallons are spoiled. Went in there today to let them know bout the milk being spoiled and the lady behind the counter flat out refused to check the milk they had in the fridge. She said there was nothing that could be done and they needed to be sold. Ridiculous!! This place is gonna make someone sick. Check your dates peeps!!!

As I entered the store at 8:40 pm the older gentleman (manager) maybe(shouldn’t be) if is case, but anywho… no hi how are you, all he said is u have 2 minutes, when I checked out it was 8:44pm and he was locking door so I assume they close as they please…the website say 10pm the posted hours on door is 9pm! Very rude and unprofessional and u can barely walk through the aisles. This reminded me of why I do not use this location!

HORRIBLE customer service…. HORRIBLE I went to first dollar general and they were closed which landed me here….I really should of just went to Walmart. As I entered the store with my children the clerk was at the register on the phone arguing with Tyrone about how her kids couldn’t have company over when they are home so his kids shouldn’t be able to either blah blah blah … so I continue shopping with my children while she continues her call to Tyrone then I check out and arguing persists… do you know this woman just took my items and scanned them without even acknowledging my family as she continued to argue with her boyfriend…this young lady has horrible customer service skills and guess what she don’t care either… this store is dirty and they has stuff everywhere in floor … trip hazards everywhere and if you fall in there be sure to call Corey B Trotz …. Dollar general do better yal building all them stores they got more dollar generals than they do church’s so your stores should be clean, safe, and the employees should not only be present but trained efficiently in customer service skills …
