Horrible experience. Have used this establishment for 3 separate batches of dry cleaning. The first two were actually good experiences; however, this last batch went off the rails.Dealt exclusively with Pat (shorter, older lady with very short hair). She is quite possibly the rudest and most off-putting person when she gets a whiff of anything being wrong with your clothes.The issue is that they ruined my wife's sweater. Under both arms looked like they had been bleached, but Pat immediately blamed us by saying that it was already there and/or that it was due to deodorant. It still had their tag on it from when we picked it up about a month ago. We asked for the owner to contact us to clear it up, but that call never came. Pat called us a day or two later stating that she had records stating that the sweater was brought in at a different time and had a note that it had a stain on it already. Blatant lie. Why would we be wearing a sweater with VERY noticeable stains under both underarms and then go get it dry cleaned? It's only a $50 Amazon sweater, so it's not like we're doing this to get an expensive sweater for free. Also, my wife's father owned multiple dry cleaning businesses in the past (her cousin also owns a fire restoration business), so we are both more versed than most on when cleaners have ruined clothing.When I went to pick-up this last batch, I mentioned the sweater (as I wanted to get that back as well), and she said that the owner picked it up and is trying to see what he can do about the stains. I think that was a lie, too. Also, I again asked to call the owner to talk it out with him, but all she said was "I know he won't do anything about it. We're not going to refund you for that." I still was unable to speak with the owner which is a red flag as it seemed as if she just didn't want the owner to find out. She then said I could get a credit on the next order after I kept stating that they ruined the sweater, but I said there won't be a next time and that I'd like to use that credit on this batch of clothes (which was $25). She let me take them while shooing me away telling me not to come back.Be careful using these folks. If something does get ruined by them, they will likely not do anything about it, and you will not get to speak with the owner; you'll have to deal with Pat - who is rude, obnoxious, and has zero customer service skills.We will also be submitting a Better Business Bureau case on this cleaners.Services: Laundry wash & fold

First time here and I will likely return. I like the promptness in response time from the company and customer service was friendly. I purchased a blazer that was in need of professional cleaning as there were apparent marks. Thankfully, I was able to walk in and drop off my item to be cleaned. This place is reasonably priced, super affordable, and if you drop off your standard apparel for cleaning Mon-Thur between (7-8) you're items are ready for pickup within the hour.I received my item within a day and I'm pleased with the overall experience of my order. I look forward to returning.

My past experience was always a good one. The new employee is rude and don’t know how to talk. First time I ignored her but second time I told her. I liked it because it’s near my place but I may not go their again
