The staff is friendly and willing to help. I get my meds here. They have security most of the time. The store is clean. They also have restaurants.

The store is fine, but the pharmacy should be shut down. You will wait at least an hour to pick up a single prescription. I have switched to a locally owned pharmacy and don't intend on using Walgreens except for dire emergencies (such as 24 hour service)

Had a scheduled covid test that i made a week in advance. I arrived 20 minutes early for my test in case the drive thru line moved slow. My test was for 3:45 and by the time I made it to the drive thru window, it was 4:30. The pharmacist at the drive thru didnt speak to me and pointed her finger to tell me to move along because i guess they were closing the drive thru. I explained that I had a scheduled test and she shook her head no and kept pointing. She was doing the same for cars behind me too. Maybe they stop testing after 4:30, who knows. But no matter the reason, that is extremely unfair. It was hard enough to find a time slot for a test that worked for me and because they couldnt keep the line moving quick enough, i’m punished by not being able to get my test which I needed to go back to work. I sat in that line for over an hour just to have my time wasted. The staff at this walgreens needs to get it together

You guys need to learn to answer your phones. I sat on hold for 80 minutes trying to talk to someone. After the first 45 minutes they hung up on me, the only reason I hung up after the second call is because my shift was over and I was forced to leave for the day.This is incredibly rude and unacceptable. Honestly, if I could give you less than one star, I absolutely would.

Every time I've come to this Walgreens the head pharmacist in the white coat with the dreads has been VERY RUDE!!! If you don't like your job or people then maybe you should stay home....we are here for YOU to HELP US!!! Maybe you should hire more people for your department so you won't be so evil. All you do is stand behind that computer. Come out and help a customer or something.

Went to get some passport pictures and they said their camera doesn't work ? neither does in any location went to the one in Stage Rd and Covington Pike, Austin Peay and Covington Pike and the one on Bartlett why would you offer a service and do not have whatever you need to get it done, it looks to me like they just don't want to their job. If you need passport pictures go to FEDEX OFFICE!!!

The pharmacy department's reputation is on the decline and has been for some time. Long wait times and it is almost impossible to get any help over the phone. And let's not talk about the staff's phone etiquette-OMG!

Andre is the only pharmacist is perfer to deal with he takes the time to explain, he is also very polite and courteous mostly my doctors mess my prescriptions up on there end and he’ll have to get them to fix the issue. The other staff members are always polite as well. Keep up the great work!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
