Simple $3 items are locked up, however, significantly higher priced items are not. Had to track someone down to unlock a single bottle of body wash.

The people that work in the pharmacy are extremely rude. I had a lady that wasn't even waiting on me get smart with me. My prescriptions are never ready when promised. I have to wait two or three extra days.

The pharmacy staff downtown is the best and most personable in Memphis. The store staff is also always very friendly and ready to help. This store has the feel of a family owned, small town business.

This should not be a pharmacy. This is the worst in the country! Medicines are delayed and the cashiers at the pharmacy window are extremely rude and disrespectful. Prescriptions are cancelled without notice and you have to call and ask why only to be met with unprofessional, unethical behavior. They tell you that you will have your medicine whenever as if it’s not important. Told me to go someplace else because they don’t have to fill a person’s medicines. Then tell you it’s not in stock but when you say you will contact the board they lie and say it is. You’re in the wrong job if you think it is good to delay a person’s care. Corporate really needs to investigate these comments. Also the board of TN. A consumer has the right to complain about poor service that is not an excuse for you to abuse your authority. You’re a disgrace to the profession.

Clean establishment they have everything you need and want especially if you just don't feel like going to Walmart. Customer service was so nice ask where something was and the worker walk me straight to it. I love it.

A good selection of basic groceries at a reasonable price. What a surprise. This area is a "food desert". I was staying 1 mile south of here for a week and this was the closest place I could find to buy basic supplies.

Just like any normal downtown Walgreens. It is a little dirtier and filled with more characters than your suburban versions. The staff here was really nice and it is laid out like any other walgreens. The selection appears limited and the prices were unimpressive - but I'm guessing the rent makes it that way. Great location.

I am a 50 year old educated woman who was in town from Maryland for the Navy football game. I forgot an item and went to this Walgreens to get a replacement. I was followed around the entire store by the security guard. I purposely walked to other areas of the store to see if it was my imagination. Nope he followed. Really Memphis Walgreens??? Earlier in the day I bought 2 sweaters from Lansky Brothers do you think I'm going to steal a $4 hair product and get arrested???
