My experience with service at U-Stor on Riverdale has been absolutely wonderful. They offer great rental discounts for major companies & their prices are reasonable. I love having access to my storage unit 24 hours if needed also. The customer service reps are professional, friendly, engaging, thoughtful & so helpful. Rita is such a gem, she goes above & beyond to make sure all my questions & needs are met.Thank-you so much!!!

My daughter and I were recently in my unit and she discovered my old childhood teddy bear and decided to swipe it without me noticing. She tossed the bear in the air with excitement until it fell on the roof of a nearby unit (her version of events). She was afraid to tell me but later confessed and then expected me to scale the building to look for it. Of course, I declined her request, but I offered her a few pics to satisfy her constant requests for the bears "rescue ". As a last ditch effort I asked the nice couple in the office if they'd seen the bear. To my surprise they found him and returned him unscathed.
