Called with treadmill issue and talked to tech and went through troubleshooting over the phone and tech said it was the control board. Spent $220 on a new board and when I installed it, the treadmill had the same issue. Called and talked to tech again and he had me reinstall old board and try unplugging motor wires and determined the motor was bad. So, now I had do send the new control board back that I did not need in the first place due to their bad troubleshooting and I only got $167 back as a refund because of a 20% restocking fee. I feel this may have been on purpose because why on earth would you not have me try unplugging the motor from the old board first before ordering a new board.

From the moment the awesome customer service rep answered the phone to the time I received my order three days later it was apparent they are the industry leader. Before buying a treadmill or other piece of exercise equipment or accessories contact them first. Best price, selection, and service.

I'd been looking for weeks for slider wheels for an old elliptical, without success. I happened upon TD and called them. Steve answered and asked me for a part number. I told him I'd call him back. I got his v-mail and left him the part number and asked him to call me back, either way. (FAT CHANCE these days...).Steve called me back in about 15 mins. He told me he made a few calls and found them! So, he did research and called me back! That's such great customer service! He made my month!
