The Doctors and Staff are very friendly and professional. They are Animal Angels. I appreciate all of their help with my dog and their hospitality. They make you feel like family. The office atmosphere is very clean and neat. My whole experience was Superb. Thank You All So Much. Please keep up the Great Work.

We saw Dr. Dutton at The Pet Hospitals Downtown for a consultation on a Sunday. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and treated me as an equal when it came to making decisions about my dog’s care. We came up with a game plan for diagnostics and I was able to get in 2 days later (which was my earliest availability) at the Midtown location. Charlie’s case has stumped two other veterinarians, but Dr. Dutton and his staff were able to diagnose her and now we can proceed with surgery and getting her back to feeling better. Thank you so much The Pet Hospitals!

For over 15 years, the Pet Hospital Midtown and Downtown have taken wonderful care of our dogs and cats. The staff is stellar. The vets and kind, compassionate, and realistic.

Update: Returned to this location since I already had a follow-up for 2nd puppy boosters and needed more de-wormer. Vet came in and didn't even know my dog's name or why we were there! He hadn't even looked at my dog's chart and then got frustrated with me?? Terrible experience, this vet really needs to work on his bedside manner.
I overall had a positive experience as a new patient! The front staff and vet techs were all amazing, personable, and answered any questions I had! They did everything they could to help me and my pup feel relaxed and welcomed. The reason I dropped a star was because even though the actual vet was knowledgeable, his attitude was condescending. He made it very obvious he did not have time or desire to answer my questions and it honestly soured the experience for me. Will probably still use The Pet Hospitals for their quality of care, but probably try a different location in town.

Wonderful experience with The Pet Hospital on Union extended. Dr. Dutton and staff were extremely helpful with a lost dog that I brought to them for care. Very welcoming and professional staff and wonderful care for this little dog!

I took all of my dogs here for the four years I lived in Memphis. After adopting my girl from MAS in 2020, I took her in as part of their free vaccine booster program for shelter/rescue dogs. I noticed that something was off with her, and mentioned it to the vet. She took my concerns seriously and ordered testing that day. My dog was diagnosed with blastomycosis, a terrible fungal pneumonia that doesn't often have a great prognosis. Because of the vet's quick thinking, she saved my dog and I will be forever grateful for that. She no longer works there, but all of their docs, techs, and front desk staff are extremely high quality people. Although it can sometimes be on the pricier side, it is worth it to me because they have several offices and I could often get in even on a weekend if I needed to. They always accommodate my pup's behavioral needs and treat her kindly (even when she's being a little testy). Even though we just moved out of the area, I will always recommend TPH to my Memphis friends. Thank you for everything!!

Excellent customer service ??. I knew I was welcomed when all 3 staff members opened the door and greeted my daughter & I with smiles , snacks and treats for our baby 5ive ❤️. Thanks for all you do dahhlings!!!!
