Person working front desk not friendly I did pre check but it didn't give me a confirmation so she sent to my e mail didn't go thru she said I had to wait for e mail it never came thru doctor was nice & apologized not coming back !!

It says walk-in but you’re not able to walk in. The receptionist are horrible and don’t know how to provide customer service. I would not recommend this location.

Bad visit. Waited SO long for simple checkup. We had a scheduled appointment time for a school sports physical (eyes/ears/breathing/range of motion...nothing special) . Arrived 5 min before as asked. It took 1 hour before we saw the doctor for a simple school sports physical (eyes/ears/range of motion). There was no notice they were running so far behind nor any apology or acknowledgement of not seeing patients timely. Length of time was problem #1. Problem #2 was when we arrived we were told card processor is down so it would be cash only ($55). Another thing that would be handy to know in advance or even have a sign posted "cash only". Fortunately we had just enough cash to cover it. I do want to say the doctor and the 1 staffer (who was doing both front desk and vitals) were both very nice. Just slow in working through patients.

This clinic is the worse! They schedule are you schedule your appt, then the day of they call and say well we don’t have a provider at this time. Instead of giving you same day appt, they want you to schedule in a location that’s not convenient to you. If I could give 0 stars I would because this is an ongoing issue that needs to be resolved ASAP!

Horrible service! Went in with full blown sinus infection, headache, sore throat, cough, and green drainage. NP states my symptoms do not warrant abx, and told me to take OTC meds ( which I am already doing). What the point of even going if they are not going to TREAT the patient! Unacceptable!And this is second horrible experience! So I will not be going back!

I walked in on a Saturday. No one was there. I was told to come back..I was told that they were swamped. I didn't see anyone. Rude staff. I am going to call Corporate.

Im a MSN CNL. I arrived at 830 for my 840 appt. I needed a strep test for an antibiotic. Im in pain for periocornitis apparently I didn’t click a box, so i had to reschedule for 920. No patients were waiting, but they acted like there was a 9:00 appt. I asked if they could get it over with so i didn’t have to wait longer for the strep test. No one showed for the 9:00. They said no at 840 because they said i needed a full appointment. (Appointments are 20 min). Like i said. Im a MSN RN. All they needed to do was ask a few questions, vitals, strep test. Instead, I’m waiting in pain, contagious, while the NP ignores me sitting in the waiting area. They very clearly demonstrate that they do not care about healthcare. They do not care about evidence based care. No regard for patient advocacy. They only care about taking your money. This is precisely what is wrong with our systems. It isn’t run by people interested in safety, compassIon, or health. The 9:00 showed up 10 minutes late, didn’t have what he needed. Had to take 3 trips back to his car to get paperwork. Meanwhile, I’ve been here since 830. I’m aware that people often have to wait much longer for healthcare, even scheduled appointments. But if they don’t even attempt to help people, then you can’t call it healthcare. They seemed yo enjoy punishing me because I came prepared to deal with the problem in a timely fashion and questioned their practice.Hopefully no one who comes after me contracts strep. I’ll live, but sitting for over an hour in pain was just unnecessary.

I went to the little clinic January 20,2023 the doctor told me I had the flu but she didn't prescribed me any prescription for my flu she only told me to take some over counter medication and am still not feeling good took a lot of over the counter medicine it's not working for me I ask her was she going to write me out a prescription.

All of the reviews mentioning the rude receptionist are spot on. Showed up a few mins late to my flu test appt due to getting sick as I was about to walk to the car. When I showed up and told her who I was, she said she was canceling my appointment due to being late. She then told me that they were running behind and were still with the person who had the appointment before mine and got an attitude when I asked why it made a difference if I was late since they weren't ready for me yet anyways. The previous person finished up and instead of calling me back, she called the person who showed up after me. I am in horrible pain from what is probably the flu and there is no other clinic in the city that can see me by this point in the day, so I get to spend another 24 hours in misery thanks to their rude receptionist. Her only advice was to go to the ER

ABSOLUTELY terrible. You go in sick and they are rude and mean, just make you feel worse. Healthcare workers are suppose to be caring a compassionate…these people are NOT. Not only that but I arrived before another couple got there but the medical assistant took that couple back first then said she didn’t have time to see me and to come back tomorrow.

My 08/28 experience here was terrible. After two weeks of respiratory sickness, I was prescribed over the counter cough drops and told by the PA that my insurance covered it (it did not). I was also instructed that I had only become sick because I wore a mask for two years and didn’t travel (to the contrary, I traveled around the country consistently, but oddly, the PA refused to take this into account when I told her and insisted her position was correct).After yet another week of unimproved illness, I visited a different clinic where the physician prescribed a steroid pack and cough syrup that restored my health in four days. To date, I’ve tried contacting this Clinic about my copay—which was not charged in person because the receptionist falsely represented my insurance covered the visit—and no one answers the phone. To add insult to injury, the Clinic overcharged my insurance carrier as well. I will not be back.

Please run fast from this place! I walked up at 1p front desk lady kept her head down texting, never acknowledged me! So I said how hey are you she ignored it. Then I finally asked how can I get an appointment she still never acknowledged me being there, some lady came from the back and started talking to me saying they were going to lunch and etc. I was literally the only person standing there. The customers service there is awful especially the young lady who sits at the front! Run!!!!

RUDE AS ALL GET OUT!Both the girl LEXUS at the desk and the NP is so stuck up...never ever will I go or recommend this place.
