Very hard to find address. Once you find the place, there is a small piece of paper that says UPS and FedEx only…then you have to go inside and be told where to go, and back your trailer out of this little parking lot to re-enter the road to the correct side of the building…

Slow, slow, slow, this place is a joke. I had 9am appointment checked in at 8:50am,waited for an hour to get the dock, then they moved my appointment time from 9am to 10:30am. I went inside at 10:30am and they said they never give me any specific time and have to wait 2 more hours. Lady working inside have no idea how to manage all the appointments,She is unorganised and slow as hell. Ignore this place if u can, 6-7 hours to unload 20 pallets.
