These people are not professionals. I’m going to a barber shop. A lot of the people are rude when you talk about mistakes that were made in the past. Go cut your hair yourself or find a barber shop. Do not get your haircut here because you will be mad.

I have been to this sports clips several times, which has normally been a great experience. Unfortunately today experience with Valarie was not great; in fact it felt hostile. There must have been some confusion on what I was asking for with regards to my haircut. When she finished it was like ok get out. I was barely given time to look at my haircut. When I wasn’t happy with the blend I was told “well you said?” I asked for the works towards the end of the haircut and was told we don’t have that. I said oh I mean the MVP which was again met with poor customer service. At this point I walked out. I will not be back to see Valarie.
