This is the most unfriendly store ever, their workers have a standoffish attitude towards their customers.They are extremely rude, less helpful, talk down to their customers. .I witnessed the way they joined forces to attack a customer, with their back and forth with the customer over a shoe. They slammed the shoe on the table when the customer asked for a size.They need their Attitudes checked.Customers have a choice, when they come in to your store. You need to Assist the customers.

Hello, to whom this is concerning. They say “good things come in small packages”. And this is to be said for the Sid Boedeker Safety Shoe location in Memphis TN. Good customer service is rare these days and is hard to find. But at SBSS store in Memphis TN you will definitely find it. From the greeting at the door til the checkout at the counter. Some of the best customer service that I have experienced in a long while. So, Hats off to SBSS in Memphis TN and keep up the great job!!!?????

They have a great selection of work shoes and the staff is fantastic. They greeted me at the door and assisted me when I was ready. Unfortunately their brand of shoes don’t last if you’re running back and forth all day. I work as a manufacturing tech on the floor and my boots fell apart after 5 months. The soles came right off the leather boot. They’re warranty is only for 3 months as well. Anyone in manufacturing knows you only get a boot allowance once a year.Once again, the staff is wonderful and I thank all the employees for being sweet, kind, and caring.
