Needed help on color selection but store was semi busy and appeared understaffed. I figured it out myself but was disappointed. I need to send homeowner to a Sherwin Williams store but now I'm concerned about what kind of help they will or won't get if other stores are like this one was today. Hopefully this was a one off day at this store.

Kara is apparently overworked, she or the other guy in the store can't be bothered by people because it's been a long day. I was in line by the tables because I've also had a long day but they took 2 people that came in after me first all because they didn't care. When I mentioned it miss Kara had a fake extra nice attitude so I walked out as she continued with the fake complements all the way to the door
