Mr Mabone was an awesome salesman. He did hassle me or try to talk me into anything. He alllwed me the space and time to make the right purchase for me. I would recommend Royal and Mr Mabone to anyone who’s looking to purchase furniture. The variety was great and the customer service is top tear!

Levond Mabone at store #313 was very helpful with helping me select a new mattress for my bed. I have had pillow tops in the past and really didn't like them but he helped me find a pillow top mattress that was perfect and to my satisfaction. The process was very easy and seemless. Michael was very patient. Very positive and he made the process of buying simple and easy. He was very kind and patient to my toddlers which is not so common these days. I give 10 stars. I totally recommend. I enjoyed my experience.

Local store experience was okay. Repeat customer. 1st experience was smooth and in-house financing was okay. 2nd experience, not so much. I've had to print off my statements to take to the store due to paying ahead to beat the balance down but statements reflect credits to account that don't get applied properly. Have escalated to a finance manager with no response. Previous 2 months balance have been similar, roughly $450 but I've had a credit of roughly $400 previous month and $200 this month. Called to get payoff and I'm being told $280 with a balance of $496. Currently, I'm showing payoff of $288 and a credit of $191 for this month's statement. Make the math add up outside of telling me our system doesn't update right and have people at the stores and in customerservice who understand finance. This will be my last time doing business with Royal.

I have not directly bought from them, but I have a furniture from them that was given to me. I was having a hard time assembling a bedroom set, and I called them for help to see if they can provide me with a installation manual. I got a one sentence answer in the email saying they don’t have the installation Manual. Now, they currently sell the same product on their website, so no reason for them to not have a installation book for that. Also, if you have any issue providing the manual, at least explain to me why. Just saying they can’t help me is not the right answer in a highly competitive market. They came across as very unprofessional and borderline unfriendly, I would recommend not buying from them unless you was subpar support.

The salesperson met us at the door. The person that was referred was not there and I stay too far to make multiple trips so he had my business. We look around, found a sectional, and processed the paperwork in 45 minutes. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I ❤️ it! I will be back soon.

My sales lady, Amalia as always was so nice. I brought my sister in to buy a stove. Amalia was very helpful and patience while my sister made her selection plus other items. The transition went smoothly and was not stressful at all. Wasn't time consuming at all. Thanks Amalia for helping her.

Levond at the Cordova location was extremely patience and made the buying process quick and easy. Came out with a living room, bedroom, and dining room set for a great price. I will definitely be back.

We took a long time to make a decision about a high-use, inexpensive chair. The folks at Royal couldn't have been more generous in letting us browse & try chairs for looks, comfort & long-term durability.
